When I see "The game card could not be read" error, I get really nervous that my game could be broken.
I have that problem with splatoon 2, but, eh, i have the game like since two years ago and i play it MUCH-
My switch barely reads my super mario maker 2 card and i have to put it like 3 times so it reads it :(
Just blow the cartridge like the old days, works for me

Here's a scary one: getting the low battery message when you least expect it at the worst possible moment
Especially when you're switch is hacked, because the hacks go away if your switch loses charge and shuts down.

The third one scared the most, what fueled it even more was the fact that I was alone in the living room and nobody was home doing anything to add to the ambiance.

I got that screen once when I was playing on my cousin's old Minecraft world and I was scared af
i was playing fall guys on my ps4 and it just randomly shut off, i was home alone and i got really scared but turns out it was just a loose cord lol

Getting a shutdown due to low battery while at 60 percent is probably one of the scariest I've had
That means the battery needs to be replaced as soon as possible, and if replacing the battery doesn't fix the issue, it could be either any damage in the motherboard or software issue

Something thats really scary is getting a low battery warning, then a "Your console will enter sleep mode soon" a few seconds after.

I sometimes got that kind of error while playing dying light but in other games like Zelda and super smash bros I never had that error ever. Probably the dying light cartridge I brought is malfunctioning

I think "Corrupted Data was found" is the most scariest
Not really. For me, that's always been a case of actual game code files being corrupted, and not save data, and everything is saved fine and works fine after a reinstall.
I, have only experienced that once. I was panicking, And yes, something definitely corrupted. It was animal crossing, And I'm really glad, BECAUSE IT WAS THE HAPPY HOME PARADISE THAT I DIDN'T PLAY.

Sometimes on my old switch’s they would just do a REALLY LOUD beeeeee kind of noise and it would stop when my switch died so I would sit there watching tv and just hear 😐 beeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee in the other room.

For the last error, it can also happen when you need to clean the screen. Cleaning my screen works every time for me.

I recently got the temperature error, I was chilling on my bed playing on my switch and fell asleep while playing(handheld plugged in) and while sleeping I rose my blanket and covered my switch, causing it to over heat, then I woke up from it, realized it, and quickly turned it off, luckily my room was cold and went back to normal temperature pretty fast. This also caused my sleep schedule to be ruined
I used to get so creeped out by the Wii error when I put a disc in wrong or something, it freaked me out so bad I could hardly sleep
I find it calming (not the fact that the disc is broken but the animation along with the sound)
Disc cannot be read is terrifying. It could mean your wii broke or the disc. The third option you put the disc in wrong.
I am also afraid of that error "an error has occurred, run the disk and turn off the console"

I've had that console crash error. Scared me to death. We were in our living room when the screen on our TV went blank. We were playing Minecraft, which at the time for the switch was sooo buggy. I took it out of the duck and this very error was there. Keep in mind it was a sleepover and we were up past the time we should have been, so we went to sleep with the lights on. Very terrifying. 😀

@@jonathanjsgy1329 es cierto que el mercado esta mal hecho.... pero el juego esta muy mal optimizado de hecho :( a veces los nombres de los trofeos no cargan y de repente veo el nombre del archivo que contiene el nombre del archivo. En resumen, espero que Nintendo se encargue de eso algún día.

Imagine your just home alone, in a dark room, playing on, your switch, at like 11pm - 4 am, and you get the last one thats in tgis video, that BOOSTS it up to 500/10
I know this isn’t an error message, but the scariest screen for me is when you’re deleting game software and that text shows up saying something along the lines of: “Are you sure you want to delete this software? This action can’t be undone.” The thing that really puts a chill down my spine is the sound effect that plays as that red “Delete” button shows up.

“You are having a heart attack” it’s not an error, but that is the most horrifying thing that can ever happen on a switch.
I think it’s fake
The first error isn’t scary but frustrating. This always happens whenever I play Asphalt 9 on the switch. Imagine being in a multiplayer race and you are winning but the game crashes.
Don’t forget about the save state corrupted cloud error on the switch, that still haunts me today
@Lavakaz: the cloud back-up error appears if you do on purpose to deleted your save file within the game, because you want to restart your game from the begining, for example in Superliminal I deleted the achivement so I can go collected the blue print, chest piece, the object in the star room, fire alarm and fire extinguisher, deleting achievement does not deleted challenge mode, so the only way to deleted chanlenge mode already done is to deleted from the setting and then since it deleted the hole thing I would have to do the speed run first to unlock the soda bar restaurant in the last puzzle or else you can't complete the chest peace achievement on your first play through from a deleted file, you can collect most of them except the one in. In the devloper commentary section you will only have devloper commentary for chest peace, and blue print if you left one unfinish each, the star room object that makes an object you can finish that before the devlopper commentary, because he talk about it when you first enter a star room you do not have to make the object, he will only say it once, unless you leave the game and come back then he will repeat what he said about the star room when you found another one.

Sometimes while my switch is off, the screen just randomly turns orange, when it first happened I kinda panicked but all I had to do is just hold down the power button for a few seconds.

This happened to me like last week 😢 IT WAS PLUGGED IN I CHECK LIKE 100 TIMES but luckily it turned on after about three hours (maybe) i was so scared this what i was thinking "OH MY GOD NO NO NO NO NO YOU HAVE TO TURN ON MY DADS GONNA KILL ME HE BUYED ALL THOSE PARTS COME ONNNN"

It always happens to me when I put a cartridge in, it's not even scary anymore (if it ever was). Just have to blow on the cartridge and put it in my switch multiple times until it finally gets to work.

When I put in legend of Princess zebra (yes I know I spelt the Princess name wrong) my entire console crashes and goes to “an error has occurred” I can’t even restart my console when that happens I have to force it to turn off by using the technique of holding the power button down for 10 seconds

To fix the first one, just redownload the game. It won’t delete any of your data
The first one is literally as simple as just the game crashing. There's nothing wrong, usually, and it doesn't require a whole entire redownload for the game you were playing.

I had the errors #01 and #03. For the #03 error, I thought something was seriously wrong with my Nintendo Switch™.
The scariest thing from the Nintendo switch is when you’re trying to delete your account. The screen turns dark and ask “Are you sure you want to delete this account”. Then it asks again if you’re sure and this creepy noise plays with a red “delete” button. Freaks me out every time 🥶😟

You forgot about a switch blue screening which happened to me when i had bought a off brand charger for game stop which they gave me a new switch for breaking mine entirely
I've actually had the first error before on a few occasions on my Switch which was the software being closed. It doesn't usually happen to me all that much, but it has happened before a few times to where I would be in the middle of playing a game, and then all of a sudden, the game would freeze and I would get that error message. Then I would be taken back to the home menu screen and I would have to restart the game again.

Playing the story mode campaign in Splatoon 3, I got the black screen of death (the "an error has occurred" 2.0 screen) after about two hours. It wasn't the BLSoD that scared me, it was the fact that Marie (or Agent 2 in this case) said "Agent 3, watch out!" right before I got it.

The “console will now shut down because the SD card was removed” is the scariest one I’ve gotten and usually it’s just slightly out of the socket. But sometimes I thinks is broken

Bro the console being hot error was an error I had to deal with for about a year due to the fan being faulty in the older switches
One you forgot to mention is something that happened to me where your screen randomly turns all orange and no matter what you press it just stays the same. I think to fix it you have to hold the power button down for a few seconds

I actually got like the third one looking somewhat recently, I don't remember the error code, but it was hopefully nothing bad, I believe it was just the system having a hiccup.

The console overheaten could also be when ur sd card is full with mods games that the console cant handle so many storage (there were so many unneeded detail like this)
Tried my true best to get my switch to overheat to see the "overheating" message (removed thermal paste, disconnected fan)
I'll do this again if I feel like it.

Game errors have always been terrifying to me, ever since I was little using the Wii, I would cry when it aaid "please insert the disc" or something. I still do sometimes, I have no clue why, but something about video game/electronic errors just hits different.
