@@jordanaguilar284 theirs an area going into my basement with a hangover type thing and that’s what I use. Looks similar to the thing this dudes doing em on, it’s hard asf way harder then a normal pull up.

@@TENNSUMITSUMA just watch the guy do it on the lowest area and you’ll see what I mean by u gotta pull ur body back a little before you can pull it up, when he pulls his body out back and then up it’s a full rep, when he doesn’t that’s when it becomes a half rep, which is just as hard.
