I picked up my V2 today, 200 miles in one day. I was shocked when I saw the bike for the first time, so beautiful in the metal, video and images don't reflect the true picture of this bike. Aching, yes, hot, yes, emotional connection, yes. Every time I stopped for fuel, coffee, folk wanted to chat about the bike.

Ry Griff yes I love it! Can't compare it to a Daytona though as I never rode one. But the V2 has everything you need and even more. Handling is awesome, the tech is amazing, the power, torque and sound keeps me smiling all the time. Buy it lol

Kevin McCaig I’ve watched countless videos and it definitely sounds like an exhaust is needed. I bet that would be another 4-5k (yikes). If you ever have a chance to ride a triumph, do it! I am on my second and they are so narrow and nimble yet plenty of torque and bottom end power. It may feel slow though compared to the Ducati haha.

Picked up my 2021 on Friday. Love the looks, easy to ride and not intimidating at all. More than enough power for everyday twisty rider. My only complaint is the front breaks. IMHO they aren't powerful enough. It just doesn't grab as quickly as I would like. Other than that..lot's of fun, great sound and beautiful.

The V2 had another predecessor that you're conveniently forgetting, the 2012 1199 Panigale. The 1199 had 172 HP and a top speed of 177 mph. This "new" V2 has a revised, two-piece fairing - to revise the airflow around the engine - and a much smaller engine. In my opinion, the V2 is a BIG step down from the 1199.
