Nur ca. eine halbe Stunde westlich von Charlotte in North Carolina erhebt sich ein Hügelzug mit sehr schöner Aussicht. Aber nicht nur der Blick von dort ist interessant sondern auch die Mineralien, die man dort theoretisch finden kann. Zumindest, wenn man viel Zeit mitbringt. Die Felsen waren auf den ersten Blick jedenfalls vielversprechend. Ein großes Danke auch an meinen Gastgeber, der mich dort hinbrachte.
