By far one of my top favorite videos from DBK. The humor, yet superiority of "Dick Wayne Mister and Jack Hoffman" were a BRAVO! (Not to mention the catchy musical chorus by Andrew Applepie; which I also loved) Only complaint is thanks to Mikkie I am temporarily a broke bastard yet I can still smile because I now own my first Bark River Scandi that has been making my Garberg quite jealous.
You guys are the best. Yesterday my A1 pro arrived. Such a monster! Thanks to your channel to show me what a real knife is.

BRKT knives are dangerous. I got Gunny in cpm3v for christmas, and immediately when I felt the knife, I was hooked. I knew I need another one. Aurora in a2 in Bocote scales is going to be my next knife. Damn you Bark River! (love you...)

leFFoH its a ordinary military knife, cheap steal. Anything military made is mostly cheap crap because it need to be produced in huge numbers by tax money
to om amazing. Most of what you just said is wrong. ;)
Dreadnought of blades its 440A and its a Military knife. Its a tool to ram into a jammed rifle or to dig a hole in dirt. Its Not a survival knife and its propper made crap. I own like 4 with 3 still in original packing. They are drop aways in the german Military or at least they where
to om now made of böhler n960 steel realitively good quality stainless.
I saw a real nice knife on DLT... it was a green tiger tail maple mosaic pins on an aurora scandi in cru-wear it was a series of 3 I think, and I was like I want them all!
So Martin, Aurora is your favorite... would you trade it for an Aurora scandi or would you trade it for an aurora LT? furthermore, would you stay with Aurora in CMP3v or would you switch to Aurora Cru-Wear? thanks a lot!!!

Never used 3v steel is it easier to sharpen than S-30v I’ve been sticking to A2 01 and AEB-L steel because I’m scared about sharpening 3v please let me know you should try LT WRIGHT KNIVES SAME QUALITY NOT AS MUCH VARIETY IN KNIVES THOUGH BUT I LOVE THERE KNIVES AND THERE HANDLES ARE NOT SLICK I LIKE A GOOD GRIP U CAN GET THEM SLICK THOUGH IF U WANT .

There has been alot of bark river knives that dont have the advertised steel on them (mostly all those knives have been A2). everyone should test your knives.
I just received my first bark river two days ago. I got the gunny hunter in 3v with burlap micarta scales and I hate to say the fit and finish are awful. The grind is VERY uneven, almost a chisel grind. The micarta is pitting, has small gaps at the bolster and the color is uneven. I purchased the brkt due to rave reviews from you tubers including you guys. I'm by no means questioning your intentions but I have to say the fit and finish are very lacking also the the handle is crazy small on the gunny. I will be sending it back and sticking to my LT Wight, adventure sworn and AA forge knives.

I have a question for you two. Probably the most difficult question you have ever faced. If you are kind enough to bother yourself to think and answer, answer separately please.
The question is if you are going to have only (I MEAN IT! ONLY) one outdoor fixed blade knife for the rest of your life, what would you peak? And if you think this is challenging you can put a challenge all around the youtube.
My one would be Bark River Sandstorm if they produce it in 3v or Cruwear if not I will opt Bark River Wilderness Explorer in Cruwear.

Great video nice knives,but it's not the knives it's the guys using them,feather sticks were a work of art as was the batttoning.A bad trades man always blames his tools.YOU guys can do that work with any knife..eg Mora companion or Falkniven f1. Great video that's how it's done.
I lost my Bushcrafter CPM 3v. I’m ashamed and alone. DBK help me. Ive been in the woods searching endlessly but that tan burlap handle and green liners elude me still.

I'm stuck in dilemma do I buy a mora garberg, and/or cold steel master hunter in cpm 3v. Or do I save up and get a bark river or fallkniven?
I currently have a ka bar bk2, or bk7 that I mainly use but I want something not as bulky.
A fallkniven or bark river would be awesome. Howeevr if you have less to spend the garberg is a great knife that will last you a life time
How do you compare the Gunny Scandi in 3V to the malanika bushcrafter in cruwear?
Cruwear has an edge over 3v but we prefer the handle of the gunny
