    Basically, by just paying my $2,500/m in rent on this card, I'm getting the point equivalent of maxing out Freedom Flex bonus categories every quarter, if you do the math. With none of the hassle or extra spend. Only thing to complain about is that I have to pay rent in the first place.

    I have the bilt card as I'm still renting. I think its still a great card to get due to their 2x promotions first of each month. I now treat the first of each month as a "celebration" for the more fancier meals at 6x multiplyers. I found Hyatt as generally the best transfer case as I always find around 1:2.5 CPP so overall a great pickup from me :).

    🏢 I honestly believe this card is gonna change the credit card game. Hopefully if anything it pushes the bigger lenders to add rent/mortgages to some of their cards. Although they've been having issues, I do believe in the product as a whole, so I'm excited to see what comes from it.

      This happened to be just a month after getting the card, back around New Years, but I will say on Wells Fargo's behalf, they were the ones who notified ME about the fraud, almost right away, and replaced my card immediately too (expedited 2 day shipping). Customer service was extremely good/easy through this and I haven't had any issues after. They comped me a lot of bonus points too for the trouble. After 3 months of paying rent I'm already 11,000+ in points. They give you a lot of free bonus points for quiz challenges on the 1st of each month too, it's kind of a fun fresh experience for a credit card. I still recommend.

    I just picked up the card and it's great. I plan to be renting for a while, so it made total sense to pick up this card to take advantage of the fact that I can now earn points on rent. What's nicer is that rent is split between me and my girlfriend, so she just venmo's me her half and I pay the whole thing from there.

    🏢 This is a no-brainer if you are renting and already have all the chase cards so you don't worry about 5/24. It's basically free points every month. Plus they have AA as transfer partner which is very rare.

    @beachbumsailordude Před rokem +2

    I'm considering getting it in order to get points out of my rent that I couldn't get any other way. Plus I think the rent will be better recognized by the credit reporting agencies more this way. As far as the other 4 transaction needed monthly it's easy to do 4 of my subscriptions on the card.

    🏢 Hopefully this card doesn't eventually get downgraded. Still way under 5/24, or this would be a pretty hi-pri pick up! I do wonder when they'll add mortgages though, given there's been some hinting.. Also, "spend cash for economy, and save points for business/first" - spot on!

    this is the most niche card there is. the fact that they will write a check for rent is the draw. for everything else (excepting the minimum 4 other charges) i use other cards, which will give me more value. the points for rent i pay on this card with no additional fees, i get from no other card. it's a BONUS that i would not have otherwise.

    🏢 I am currently 4/24 including getting the Freedom Unlimited and Bilt in the last month. My rent is about 2K but I also know I can just take a month off of bilt to pay for rent with my CSP to hit the SUB. Seems I’m just early enough to mostly benefit and perhaps only lose out on the Freedom Flex until next year. Not a big deal as I have Iriving Debit for gas ~10 cents back per gallon and working on the Amex gold sub right now that I got as a soft pull from previously getting the BCE. Great video!

    I don’t understand why travel hackers count pennies in dollars. 😂🤣 do you count miles in feet? It’s not just you it’s like 95% of travel hackers and it’s weird. I think I might start counting flights of stairs in number of steps. 😂😂.
    Love you. Just messing.

      @@kevinManhattan Haha, if I was using an AI, then it would take out the fun of racing to comment, and hopefully be first, haha :) So no AI, literally clicking asap when the notification squad get that's new Sebby video notification 😄😄

    🏢This card would’ve been perfect for me until this year. I make $1M/year and was paying $100k/year in rent in a high-cost-of-living city, but now I’m moving in with my parents to get more help with the little ones (so my new rent will be $0).
