ABOUT VOGUE
Vogue is the authority on fashion news, culture trends, beauty coverage, videos, celebrity style, and fashion week updates. - Jak na to + styl
A collab with Karen Brit Chick would have been wonderful - she honed in this style of interviewing people on the street about what their wearing. Lift her up if you’re going to borrow!
I came here to say the same ❤️❤️ Karen is the best!
Agree.
Agreed! She is the blueprint!
Yessssss! Came here to say this
I came in the comments to say the Same.
This looks soo familiar @karenbritchick… Wish they asked you to colab for this series. Praise and lift up black talent..
She does it a lot better, like very very surprised Vogue has not come to her.
LOVE to see people express themselves in their everyday clothing! People tend to lean into stagnant "uniforms" in most places. People-watching in places like Brooklyn must be endlessly entertaining and inspirational! 😍🤩😍
it isss
I agree with other posters. I’ve been watching @karenbritchick for a few years. So many people are occupying the lane she created. Please give her flowers!
MORE of this please!!! Go to different cities each time 🤍 everyday people
YES!! That would be positive and amazing content to see.
Yeah, believe it or not we need more coverage of people style in LA.
These people are obnoxious and have nothing to do with Brooklyn
Brooklyn has all the vibes
I also just interviewed Jacqui, episode dropping soon
Vogue getting into the street game
I love your street style videos!!
Thank you for that 🙏🏽
I miss Bill Cunningham! Anyway, KarenBritChick has a great playlist , and starlinc is fun to watch for NYC street style too.
@KarenBritChick the INSPO!
Y'all should collab with Karen Brit Chick - she's been doing this for years!
I really love that all styles in NYC are different because people have their own style based on their personality
This was well executed, but KarenBritChick brings an effervescence that is missing here.
Loved this piece! Loved the diversity. Loved the authenticity. Loved it!!!
1:34 omg the style??? They both look so sleek i love it 😍💓
Nice episode. A lot like @KarenBritChick 💕
Having lived in Jersey and now in the south... Access to NYC styles and culture is what I miss the most! It's more than a vibe!
Omg I love this so much! ❤ Brooklyn style is refreshing to see!
Love this series!!!! More please
Awesome format! Please more!
this makes my heart melt 🥲
Brooklyn got style! Love the artistic vibe.❤
Karen Brit Chick. Period. She has been doing this for YEARS! And makes it so beautiful. She somehow always finds people wearing high-end, low-end and thrifted items all in one outfit.
i love this type of video!!!
Do a vlog covering Karen Britchick, I loved this I watched it several times if you did one on Karen out and about I would re watch it heaps
vogue x karen britchick collab please!!!
I love this!
@karenbritchick started this series
No she did not. Purple place since 2018 mademoiselle since 2010 street styled since2015 etc... Not so blonde and Karen that make street style popular both started in 2019
Street style has been around forever if anything bill Cunningham was the original
@@JordanStawecki he does photography not street interviews. and the first person to really made a full interviews is not so blonde she was the one that created what are people wearing title, how would describe your style etc.. but street style was first made in Paris by a French magasin
yeahh more of this 🔥
I loveee this concept! its so refreshing to see the trends of fashion in cities v. just looking at celebrity content
@starlinc did it first
@@ruru6105 oh wow I’ll take sometime to check them out thanks for the info!
Everyone looks incredible and that first couple is so beautiful so gorgeous so stylish
This was so interesting ❤❤❤
Love this! Whoever at vogue came up with this video idea is a genius
it's been around shoutout tristan paine
Love Brooklyn ❤ everyone looks fly 💖
I like it! I want more videos!!!
This is what we want to see!!!!
Dope vid!
YEEESSS MORE CONTENT WITH RANDOM PEOPLE PLS
I love the couple said you dont need to talk you wear is can express who you are at least like that !!! so nice !!! ^___^ ❤❤❤❤❤
So effing cool 😍
Yass!!❤❤❤
Best styles!
I L💜VE my hometown, born & raised in BR💜💜KLYN
They need to go to Harlem for the next one
the first guy's jacquemus shirt!!!
Vibe check 💯📸
I loveeeee my borough
Hoping to see more black-owned summer pieces. There's so many dope black-owned brands like Stolmid, MILES Culture, etc in Brooklyn
Do Miami
New York ❤
Vogue needs a Brooklyn office
Bklyn used to be cool when it wasn't expensive!
We need a NorCal one now.
Me encantan👏👏👏👏😀😄🙂
new york is so idealized
The guy at the end with the red skirt was the best.
I ❤Brooklyn style
new york ❤
5th dude is the manager of the bode store in NYC so this is def scripted or at least they casted some of the people
My fav couple w the oy vey tee… obsessed. Ny girl here! (Long Island, vibe not nearly as cool)
all transplants, which is interesting. native New Yorkers tend to wear black & white.
It's not so accurate! I live in Brooklyn and u don't c these styles so much
Agreed. They went to very specific parts of Brooklyn to fit the Vogue visual narrative. It would've been more interesting if they really explored Brooklyn and not just the super gentrified and newly trendy parts.
Y'all need to come to Harlem
Some of these places aren't even shot in Bed-Stuy? At 1:40 you can clearly see what looks like Fort Greene park which is (ahem) in Fort Greene.
I would like to thank Vogue for being so original with this idea NOT. Imitation is the best form of flattery. Shout to Karen Brit chick in the house.👏👏👏👏👏👏
As a native New Yorker, they're really pulling some people out of the woodwork. This is not saying we don't have style and express ourselves. It is saying that they went to some extreme to find them.
i hope i can live here one day
♥️
big ups icykof, the og!
nope the the real OG are madmoiselle, not so blonde, Karen, purple palace icykof started just last year and what are people wearing title was first use by not so blonde in Paris
@@monique4117 first off, icy did not start last year haha, he actually started 6 years ago!!!! long before any of the people you just mentioned!
@@monique4117 and he popularised the whole "what is x country wearing" videos
I love it! Free your mind…..
Not me clicking this thinking @Karenbritchick would be doing the interviewing
dating a New Yorker must be crazy
Shouts to @TristanPaine for originating this content series!!
He didn't originate anything. @karenbritchic has been doing this for 4 years on CZcams.
NY be like a waiting lobby
LOL
perhaps paris next time?
For me as an european, some styles by Americans always reminds me on the looks of The Sims. Idk. Just have fun, express yourself.
She looks like Rosalia !!
Finally sone people who are respectful of humans over the age of 30.
I need that oy vey t -asap
Yo
Need to see more Black black blockout black super black folks repped in things like this. No 80s 90s hip hop or outright Chicano inspo 😔
Hoping to see more black-owned summer pieces. There's so many dope black-owned brands like Stolmid, MILES Culture, etc in Brooklyn

Yeah that wouldn’t fly in CA but that’s why I like it…it’s different
Nah yall stole homies videos who does this already yall foul af for this
If it is as hot there as it is in the rest of the country, I would be wearing next to nothing and staying inside. lol
All Marilyn wanted was to retire and live in Brooklyn.❤
give credit to the og icykof!!!
Where are they shopping tho 😭😭
Maaahleeekk
I love this! I think allowing the people to speak without questions by Karen BrittChick better highlights them instead of her. I admire Karen but she might take a lesson in allowing her subjects the pleasure of being in the spotlight for a minute .
Don;t get it twisted, Brooklyn is VERY gentrified...Vogue is just showing you a glamorized version.
😅😂
Not so blonde created this title of what are people wearing in Paris give her the credit.
Lol if anything bill Cunningham was the OG
It’s very sad when ideas of black creators are stolen like this. It would’ve been great if they did a collab with @KarenBritChick instead.
Agreed! It would’ve been nice to see Karen be celebrated for her idea
@@stellaluna7949 its not her idea it was started in Paris by MADMOISELLE since 2010.Not so blonde. Also make street style series in Paris since 2019, purple palace since 2018. At least you find like 10 people that started way before her. Don't forget that Karen started in 2019
Street style has been around forever if anything bill Cunningham was the original idea
Karen started filming people in the street about style 11 years ago!
@@monique4117Don't the New York Time's have video's like this.
Looks like Halloween to me.
everyone look confused
Greta kiss ❤
@starlinc did it first
Second❤😂😊😊
There must be something special in the water there.
It's New York, there is always something special in the water.
Third
This is not a cross-section of Brooklynites. Go under the Brooklyn Bridge & Promenade get a better sense of styles. This is Weird Artsy =False Advertising.
