ABOUT VOGUE
Vogue is the authority on fashion news, culture trends, beauty coverage, videos, celebrity style, and fashion week updates. - Jak na to + styl
I love how in big cities everybody has more freedom to express themselves through style and everyone is so natural with it, it’s easier not to feel judged.
you take it upon yourself to be judged step away of what you think other people think you should be, just Be. when you are True, U B U U R U people respond, they won't judge.
@@RIXRADvidz nah...people judge...small town small minds
NYC embraces the unique 💫
Yes
@@kellyc2683 i live in vegas, but my family is in memphis. every time i visit i get looked at cross-eyed for how i dress. it just makes me want to scream STOP BEING POOR! 🤣🤣🤣
I love when people embrace their own style, it makes life so much more interesting and colorful
Not So Blonde does this series and unknown vlogs also - they are the real og!!
The sad part is that not so blonde created this title like 2-3 years ago in Paris with her what are people wearing in Paris series. And now Vogue is using it because they have much more subs.
Well said ✨
True.
Exactly. You are your own main character and you style what defines who you are.
KarenBritChick has been doing this "series" for years! I strongly suggest folks to watch hers too. She does a great job!
That's true! Love her videos
You can go even further and get inspired by The Wildfang Diaries StylelikeU did 8 years ago. So so inspirational and timeless.
Indeed, shout-out to Karen & Unknown Vlogger who have been doing this kind of content for a while
Yeah Theo is a format which has been around for decades. Love Karen’s content though.
Karen’s videos are wonderful
This should be a series involving the stylish cities of the world, not just the usual fashion meccas like NYC, Paris, Milan, Rome, London and Tokyo but also lesser-known, under-the-rader places like Los Angeles, Montreal, Berlin, Miami, Barcelona, Stockholm, Copenhagen, Rio de Janeiro, Buenos Aires and Athens
We need the fashion world tour
Such a great suggestion!
aint no way u said LA is under the radar
@@JafacaksWasTaken well it’s not known fro fashion
@@EjNoahe i feel like it definitely is, at least in the US
I wish that Vogue would partner up with people who were the first with these creative ideas, like Unknown Vlogs or Karenthebritchick. It makes me sad that they put in so much time, effort, creative detail and love in these videos over the years and then Vogue does not at least mention the original creators of those ideas :)
My thoughts exactly!!!!! Its so unfair
I literally just thought this! Vogue is hella late to the game
I thought this too! I assumed they were working with one of them and thought OOOPPP!!! why would they play like that … SAD
Thank you for putting me in to these OG channels!
I was just thinking this!! Come on Vogue!
If Vogue features these types of videos and gives us a blue print of real life fashion, it will be monumental. 🎉
Yesss real life fashion !
There are already channels that have been doing this and better. So if that's content you'd like to see, just search "what are people wearing in [x]"
Unknown vlogs been doing them for years ...
@@crazy-88s So have many people before him
then you need to watch KarenBritChick, her series called "what everyone is wearing" felt personal and up close, and Karen is such a joy as a host.
So many great CZcamsrs ALREADY do a lot of these videos💕 it would be great if vogue partnered with them for a series !
KarenBritChick does a great series focused on New York
Tristian Paine too.
I agree 100% 😊
Not So Blonde ❤
100% Karenbritchick is also amazing at these videos and you can feel the passion in her videos way more too... they should really partner with her!!!
I love that people in NY and most big cities just wear whatever they want and don’t care what other people think about them. If you’d dress like this where I live, people would stare open-mouthed at you and possibly even laugh. In my country the pinnacle of style is considered to be jeans, sneakers or flats and a LV bag which is sad really.
Unique New York ❤️💫
Not in Rome, dude
Yuck @ those tacky monogram LV bags. I agree. ThAt is pretty sad.
Even Hawaii is like that. I was teased if I wear anything bright or colored. I was even told by my now ex husband to only wear neutrals so I don’t get teased. B-O-R-I-N-G!!!! I moved to NY and people here love fashion statements. It has really helped me fashion wise. I have natural tan skin and I look better in color. Wearing neutrals made me look washed out and dull.
A lot of NYC dresses by that code as well. Most of the Upper East Side, in fact.
Not even Vogue can't compare to Karen brit chic when it comes to "What are people wearing in NYC". Karen Brit Chic gives you substance, and she has a conversation with the people wearing fabulous clothes.
Not so blonde is the one that started conversation in streetstyle interview. She started all this how would discribe your style, what do you do in life etc.. Just check their old video you will see it yourself. She's the only streetstyle youtuber that does that well.
@@annameird4550 excuse me ? It was actually unknown vlogs that did street fashion before ppl where doing it and he is one actually popularized this concept.
Facts. I can help
@@kilecan are you ok? Unknown that started streetsyle series middle last year? He even said not so blonde was a force to collaborate with and he went to paris to do a collaboration with her on a streetstyle video. Yes she's the one that started all how would you discribe your style, what they do in life, new collection or old season etc... Icykof just jump on the train last year. Do your research.
@@rosenewmany5389 Blonde has been doing those videos for 2 and Karen has been doing it for like 3+ so its more so Karen started it and Blonde expanded upon the conversation idea even more. I even think they all pushed each other to be more friendly with the people they interviewed. But who started it first really shouldn't be grounds for tug and war, what we can all agree on is that those two, karen and blonde, specifically should be involved with these or at least their name mentioned in the future if these do become a new vogue fashion month youtube series.
This is one of the most beautiful video Vogue has created recently. I love how this is so fashionable and realistic showing how really people use fashion to empower and gives confidence to one’s self.
please make more videos like this in different cities omg these are so interesting to watch and give lots of inspiration
Vogue France does something similar to this! I loooove the street style series they do.
@@pamlegaspi thank you!
Check unknown vlogs he made them for 4 years or somethin, people only check out this stuff now because a mainstream platform like vogue releases this. they are not trend setters bruh, just hype
if you enjoyed this, this is a concept KarenBritChick does on her channel and she's got a great eye!
Love her! She's fabulous ❤️
i wanna move here at this point, there’s so much freedom to express yourself through your clothing and style and i think that’s beautiful
I absolutely adore how this type of series is widely made across CZcams and seeing various styles and genres of fashion just makes me much more fanatical about colour and fashion in general.
I love unapologetically loud outfits that truly describe the wearer's taste, Everyone is confident when they are dressed in something they love
Confidence is a must-have fashion accessories. Self-confidence is an attitude about your skills and abilities. It means you accept and trust yourself and have a sense of control in your life. Embrace your own style and uniqueness. Everyday is a fashion show and the world is the runway.
Absolutelly love this peace. I adore how they picked these fabulous, vibrant and diverse individuals. It was so fascinating and heartwarming to watch. Way to go, Vogue!
Whoever curated this. CHEFS KISS.
Loving Rami Malek's new style
:D
He's prettier Lol ..he looked really hot , then he started talking and talking 😵💫
they’re not Rami Malek, just someone who looks really similar to him
he looks exactly like him lolol
best looks hands down (IMHO) is the one with the vintage Diesel skirt and the Prada hiking boots 🔥🔥🔥
when the girl with pink hair started talking about her younger self that really touched my heart omg. so sweet.
So much talent! The guy with the denim skirt had such a distinct look! Great eye
This was such a great, diversely refreshing video… WOW, real people! Would love to see more of these..
Theres almost a dozen youtubers who already make these videos, if you search what people are wearing their videos will pop up.
More of these videos! So amazing to get all their perspectives and what their looks mean to them 😍 inspirational!
Some of these looks are horrible
I love this so much, please have a whole series like this. How interesting!
I can help with that :)
You should go to The Unknown Vlogs channel. They have been doing this series for so long... So much content like this but feels more raw...
Theirs hundreds of videos like these in CZcams you should check them out
This video is beautiful! I'm not a fashion person, yet seeing the immense joy and individualism each person brings to their style is wonderful to see. It's the little things in life that make it a lovely experience. Thanks for sharing!
5:28 Oh, this episode is fabulous. So many different types of people, as well as this character. I love the shoulders, and how it lays. The red shoes are IT!
They need to keep making these videos. I love seeing all these people express themselves through their style. Its extremely refreshing and interesting to watch!
So excited to see vintage St. John on the streets of NYC. Great mix of very classic style with the fun of animal print boots.
I can see these are openminded people and are the first of accepting others in their unique ways! Definetely love the vibe^^
Simplesmente amei esse vídeo, Vogue. Faça essa série durar bastante tempo, por favor. É muito inspirador ver como são construídos os estilos de diferentes pessoas. As inspirações são fantásticas!
there is a youtuber named @karenbritchick who already does this video series, she has about 30 episodes already, i highly recommend! she is also based in NYC!
@@dwoww Exactly. This was my first thought regarding the vibe of this video. She has set the standard.
@@dwoww thanks
0:43 she's killing it!
Love the last girl w/red dress & glittered boots. She's an actress who acted on Law & Order: SVU and she was phenomenal 🙏
So much character in one video. The freedom to express yourself and not constraining to specific microcosms of style is one of the most invigorating things to envision
Definitely one of the more creative bstreet style videos.Inspiring. Loved it.
I loved this video! I'm trying to figure out what my style is, and this really helped me find inspiration.
Interesting how for some of them who value originality and individuality of style - it was essential that they name dropped so many brand names as if to elevate their acclaim to individual style.
i loved everything about this!! love the first girls style
This was such a cute video!! I would love to see similar ones in different cities!!
More of this please 🙏🏼 😍.
yes pls. more of these.
I love this!!! More please!
Love this series! More please!!!
I love all the unique styles!😍😍
Beautiful people with all type of style love it!
This is just so soulful! Absolutely love it!!
All of these beautiful people have awesome style, but the guy at 8:32 Truly stuck out with his purple platforms!! It just seemed so genuine in his reason behind his look and I loved that❤️
The silk scarf on the shirt is brilliant and looks stunning
Thank you! 🙏🏾💗 it was a last minute addition that really did the trick for my look
it is, indeed, a head to toe thing. please continue this series !!
Love this video!! What a fabulous representation of true style!! ❤️
Honestly didn’t know this video would have made me feel so happy and fuzzy inside wow
absolutely loved this video
More freedom to pick your own style is beautiful ❤️
This is wonderful Vogue - excellent, hope this becomes a series for various cities / towns / regions in the world.
Lovely, trendy people living in a splendid city! Have a great start of the week everyone!🌇
❤❤
Go hire the girl that does this in Paris, she’s the best CZcamsr that does this!!
this brings me so much joy
I wonder how Vogue came up with this totally unique idea!! Definitely not a case of a mega media fashion company taking advantage of the community they thrive on and stealing the concept videos of the icons that drive this scene (and not giving any sort of inkling of credit or a shout out).
tbh i wouldnt be surprised if the people in the video turned out to be paid actors lol
LOVED THIS
kudos the the camera works and dope editing
I love all of these people omg.
MORE OF THESE PLS
New York has some of the best thrift stores, makes me jealous how easy it is to be fly out there. So much inspiration everywhere
Not so blonde is the best street style CZcams channel on CZcams
This was incredible!
I loveee street style vids sm! pls make more
Same
Beautiful people beautiful styles
This is absolutely remarkable !!
When she say’s “This is city is a walking moodboard” . I dig that! ❤️
Wow!!! More videos like this!
Blossom was my fave! Cool style and lovely way to look for inspiration looking at a younger self 👏👏👏👏
I met blossom in real life and they are such a sweetheart/angel 😭💗
Obsessed with the cut at 4:49 !!
I loved this but I also wish they’d feature more people who maybe spend a little less on clothes. Fashion isn’t something for rich people only and we need to make that visible too!
I love when these people embrace their style
These people are fabulous and I applaud them 👏
Loved this!
love this video!
this was one of the most amazing videos i've ever seen
I'm based in Lausanne and I loooooved watching this ! want more !!! thank you 😊
Amo as pessoas criativas que só querem se expressar através da moda. Todas com seus estilos únicos. Eu amei
Amazing peoples and energy…….have to visit New-York soon……❤💚💜🤍💙
Thank you, Vogue.
This brings back memories of pre Instagram fashion - when kids were really free and celebrated!
Какие же они все удивительные.♥️
This video was just super inspirational to me
Not So Blonde created this title of What are people wearing, give her credit 😮
No she didn’t. Karenbritchick did
@@regularafasmr2762 yes she did she made this popular all over the world and created this title in 2019
And Karen does where did you get that.
So do your research before commenting what you don’t know. And just make it street style series started in Paris
It's a genre, there is no IP on video titles.
@@emimael9019 exactly she’s been doing this exact thing much longer. Why would some random blonde get credit when no one even knows who she is?
@@regularafasmr2762 it started in paris girl not karen. In France Purple do it since 2018,mademoiselle since 2012,not so blonde and karen they both started in 2019. Not so blonde make this popular and change streetstyle series. Millions of views with purple palace. Streetstyle series is parisiens thing. Not new york.
Really enjoyed watching this video)) ❤
There's just something about New York. 100% poetry. Much less status and name brand oriented. Pure creativity and singularity. Both the people interviewed and the photography in this video were the best out of all these type of videos out there. Bravo.
the buy in the denim skirt is doing a great job of channeling Jagger
GENTEEEE, que vídeo perfeitooo
“This city is a walking mood board” so true, I love it here
3:35 LOVE her Style!!
guy with the denim skirt wins
loved this, i want to move to NY so bad
I live in nyc. Most ppl aren’t wearing stuff like this. It’s seldom & stands out + mostly in areas like soho, Chelsea & meatpacking. I live on the upper east side & no one dresses like this, they’d be glared at lol.
I was looking for this comment!!!!! Thank you. Everyone who lives in NY knows you only see a handful of these people every day
LOVE the production of this content! 🔥
More of these vogue!!! Pls do Atlanta
Awesome, encouraging video.
"The city is a walking moodboard" - Love this!
Omg I love this!!!
Wowh I love this so much
