- Learn about a new treatment that is giving women with bowel incontinence back their freedom. Bowel incontinence affects approximately 30,000 women in the country each year. The Eclipse System is a new device that could help prevent stool leakage, and UAB is among the first hospitals in America to offer the system as a treatment for women who have lost bowel control.

Interesting! I've never heard of the Eclipse System, only InterStim. I have this problem/condition, due to childbirth of #4, I believe, and lord only knows what else since the age of 42 or so. I am now 58.
