- I received my next revision of the GRS iiRcade Viper Switcher and decided to put this one to test in my iiRcade GOLD unit.
Apologies for the video, having some pc issues so video and sound not at all ideal, (but lol typical for me lol).
Want to see how to install in the ORIGINAL iiRcade unit:

Hell yeah and I did get a piece of tempered glass made for my iircade cost about $100 but worth it 👌

How and where did you get it made?
@eduardomatos2874 a glass shop I asked for tempered they measured my old one and had it cut fit perfectly cost about $100

Interesting a PCB switcher. If I could put something like this in an Arcade1up I could keep them stock and toggle switch to an external front end like Pandora or RasPi without having to gut the cab.
Hi Glen, is the control deck required to work with Viper Board ? If so are they still available? That gate switcher is awesome.
Initially yes....but I think I can show a way it can be added without the GRS iiRcade Ultimate Control Panel
It would be amazing to be able to use the Viper board without the control deck! I'm a big fan of the stock art work on my gold cab and would hate to lose it
So, it would probably be just a small step for you to design your own cabinet and market whole arcade machines now!
Glen this is so exciting man! Now to find a Gold Cab again. Is there a quantity discount to buy the Ultimate Control Panel and Viper Switcher together? For friendly Canadians maybe?

So, if you have a burned out iircade motherboard, can this work independently from that board?
Totally, you don't need a working iiRcade motherboard to add this
Hi Glen, will the iircade kvm switcher be restocked?
Can the viper play dreamcast games?
I have had some run great ..some not so great..as the emulator improves so will speed.
Do you need a switcher or can we just use the viper? I already have the control deck. Still can’t use the GRS flight yoke on iircade. This should finally do the trick.
If I didn't use the switcher .. you would need to mod the iiRcade and replace the iiRcade PCB with the viper and would need to rewire the control panel

Glenn, You are going to have to come up with a control board and viper for us unfortunate fee who bought the ATGAMES Ultimate arcade machines...
