Yes o there are several online. BUT! there is one recommended by the DVLA, which is a theory test app for practice, which isn't free. When I downloaded mine it costed about £4 thereabout. Theory 4 in 1 app was the one I used
Do you still need a provisional license even if you’ve been driving in the UK for a year because of your international license? can you book an immediate theory test then practical test?
I believe You should have to, as you would need to take the Theory and practical Test and you usually would be required to provide your provisional license number

nice video but you missed out something, certain countries can swap their license for a uk one with no test needed

I belive you would need a provisional license in order to book the both tests.
And test dates are subject to availability
