I don’t have a fear of flying per say but I have a massive fear of people vomiting. So I sit in my seat and I pray that I don’t see or hear someone. I’m like OMG where can I go. It’s not as though I can go anywhere. My anxiety is on high alert from the moment I book the flight until we r home.

Poor Josh i have his type anxiety u worry and pre worry post worry when its a trigger like a flight or new place i have left Target leaving everything as i got more experienced at how to wkrj throught it u really become your own cheerleader ..Supoort and understanding from family and friends and your love are key to feeling u can overcome ..simply put Anxiety sucks..she really tries to understand ..keep working at ot Josh ot does get better with time and mind control amd learning how to navigate yourself through it..Big Hugs to both love your honestly

I listened to this episode on Apple Podcasts, while normally I watch but was driving so this was safer through Bluetooth. Without watching, just listening, I hear a lot of resentment, and nagging. Publicly, Abby is begging for help, validation, and acknowledgment. I think Josh needs to check in with his medication and get his anxiety under control because it seems like it’s messing with her mental health now. Not trying to sound judgmental, but it is like a cry for help coming out in nervous giggles and digs. Postpartum depression isn’t just right after giving birth, and the health of Abby and happiness of the babies should be a distraction enough from fears or triggers. I adore you guys but I’m a little disappointed in Josh and worried about Abby! 😢

Sheeesh. First off, I cannot stand the amount of first world problems you are complaining about. Second off, you have two other adults flying with you helping with two children. That is 4 adults and 2 kids. Can you even imagine not having any extra help?! It’s silly. Third, the condescending attitude towards your husband is insane. A fear of flying is HARD. Your mind is constantly thinking you’re going to die the entire flight. The fact that he even took a child is amazing. It’s a real fear. Good for Josh for even doing that flight!
