Penny XYZ They acquired Marvel and Lucasfilm but the Pixar shorts of 1990's and all from the early to mid 2000's along with the pre-2006 Pixar features are distributed by Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures aswell as Walt Disney Pictures being in them.

Butch you are the best! I could totally see you writing for Disney! Your shows are the best but Danny Phantom is my favorite! I just have one question for you: at the end of Phantom Planet, if you could have continued the series, what would have happened to Dani? I always thought it was weird how Danny let a 12 year old girl go off into the world on her own even if she did have ghost powers.
He said on channel fredorator if the show went on Dani would have moved in with the fentions and be a surrogate sister.

I just graduated from Eastern Michigan with a double major in Film and Animation! I wish calarts was in the cards for me - it seems like there's a lot more opportunity on the west coast. EMU also transitioned to completely CGI, and in the 6 years I was there I wasn't able to learn any traditional Animation, so your channel is always a good look into that world. The tuition there is a little more manageable though, so I don't regret graduating debt free! Now the job hunt begins!

The alien thing reminds of a scene from Phineas and Ferb, but instead of a trumpet, it was a monster truck. Maybe Dan Povenmire or Jeff "Swampy" Marsh saw it (most likely not though and purely coincidental)?

no, Disney did a lot of things from themeparks to movies to creating a company that in the future will be freaking huge, he revolutionized the animation industry etc.(yes he did not have the greatest view of jews, but I guess he was a product of his time in that matter and it is better to separate the artist from the art) and Butch while he may have great tv shows, but he definately does not get to the legendary status of Disney in terms of animation and the entretaeinment history as a whole

First Jordan Peterson and now Butch Hartman. I liked Pinocchio as a kid but now I think it's one of the best films of all time. It works on so many levels and is such a great conversation starter for art, psychology, english, philosophy, and everything a piece of artwork can aspire to do. Major props to Walt Disney and all his employees for this incredible work.

I grew up watching your shows, my brother and I are both grown adults now and to this day we quote the Fairly Odd Parents. My boyfriend and I are going as Cosmo and Wanda for Halloween this year. There's not a ton of folks in animation that people can look up to (not because they're bad people, but because they're not as public or appreciated as they should be) and it's been great to watch your videos. I have a similar experience of missing something that wasn't rerunned: it was the Fairly Odd Parents Olympics special I missed it because I spent the night on my dad's boat and I'm still upset that I missed it.
Well Fairyodd parents ended though .Felt like season 11 won’t happen

Butch was the real-life source for John Smith from the movie Pocahontas. So he played the role and the animators would use him and his movements as inspiration for animating the movie version of John Smith

CalArts was mostly developed by Walt, but it wasn't really too complete until after he died. Roy was mostly the one who helped to found it. Besides Walt Disney World, that was one of the things Roy wanted to complete to honor the memory of his brother. I really hate when people bad mouth the Disney company during the times that the Disney Brothers were alive. Not because they did everything perfectly or anything. They were flawed people. It's just so inspiring to hear the stories of the people who came from the things that Walt worked for. I would love to one day meet you, Butch, and just listen to you tell stories about working at so many different places and working with so many incredible people. I would love to do the things that you do and did but I'm no artist. I'm just a guy working towards a business degree. Maybe some day we will meet. I secretly keep hoping to find you wandering around the Woodland Hills/West Hills/Canoga Park area. It's a small reason why I wanted to start out going to Pierce College 😅. Even though CoC is closer. I know it's a far-fetched dream (I'm mostly joking) but it's sort of true. Maybe I'll decide to switch my major once again, though, to be a writer and one day develop scripts for movies and tv shows and such.

Right now, I'm in college studying to become a game designer. It's a long process and I'm not all that great at it, but it is like you said, surrounding myself with people who are in my field helps me gain perspective on how to get better. It also helps to hear stories like this about how successful people were in the same position I am in now. I only hope I can stick it through to the end or die trying

Butch you're incredible I've grown up watching your shows and so many of the shows you've worked on. When you did that video with Thomas sanders I realized that you had a CZcams channel and immediately subscribed and I'm so glad I did! I always watch your videos when I get the notification and I can't wait to see what video comes next. Hope you get to see this and I hope you do that video on when you worked on pocahontas.
Pretty sure I heard this on “Speech Bubble” (Available on Apple Podcasts Now) but Butch’s role in Pocahontas was as a body actor. He was hired to act out some of the scenes so that artists could recreate his motion accurately in the film.

That's really interesting that you did a two minute film in your first year of school. I go to LCAD, I'm a Graphic Design student, but I have a ton of friends in the animation program, and in their first year they do like a walk cycle, a door film, maybe one other throwing project. Then in their second year they do a 30 second film, and that takes all year, I think they even start developing the story in their first year. Then in their senior year they do a full 2 -5 minute film, full color. Even though a lot of schools concentrate on digital animation programs, my school concentrates on traditional hand drawn animation.
