I did notice one detail: When superman easily broke free of his handcuffs, everyone on the other side of the interrogation room flinched except for the black general, the Snyder cut later reveals that person is Martin Manhunter

It's one of those movies that the more times you watch, the more it justifies itself and makes sense. I remember when I first watched Man of Steel. I didn't like it for it not being Vibrant and Superman straight up being this Invincible nice guy. As I grew up and rewatched it, it started making more sense how real world would first fear Superman than straight up being thankful and fanboy him. How an Alien among people different from regular people aside from looks, whose entire home and race is destroyed and never met his real parents cant straight up be this invincible nice guy (Not counting the fact that humanity doesn't accept him and rather fear him). It just makes sense specially how he doubts if he should actually even stand up for humans. Yet there are moments that does nods to his identity, he does help people before he became Superman and he is relatively kind mannered Mama's boy!

If you notice, those sound waves were there in the death scene of Superman in BvS that woke the mother boxes

5:20 is my favorite detail, this is why I believe the studio doesn’t understand these characters more than the directors and actors. I know Henry is a huge fan of Superman and would kill to play him once again in a MOS2!

Some more details : There was one scene where Superman is trying offend the force of the world engine and that time Henry Cavill looks like Christopher Reeves just by coincidence...
And the scene where Superman goes for interrogation to general schwanwick also parrallels scene from bvs where Superman goes to answer the court of his doings..

I love that people are coming around and seeing the greatness of the DCEU that Snyder was making.
I still love the fact that Zod's first use of heat vision in MoS can be perfectly synced with the same moment in BvS - from the way Zod swings his head back and forth to when he's blinking trying to shut it off, you can see each moment from Bruce's street-level perspective.

Henry Cavill is certified legend. Here he points out the comic book accuracy of Chest Hairs. In Witcher's role he played video games to get everything accurate for that role. Hats off to Cavill.

Zack Snyder filmmaking is Unique and his attention to detail is really something
Since you are a fan of continuity, note this mr Lad. In the Man of steel, we can see Clark rubbing his hands on one of the Coffin of kryptonian ship. Later, in the ZSJL, we could see the Mark of Clark's hands in the coffin on the way of league to the resurrection chamber.

Hey, you missed an Easter egg. When Clark first enters his dad's spaceship, he sees two portals in which one contains a dead body and the other one is open. This might be an Easter egg to Superman's cousin, Supergirl
Funfact: One of the reasons flight was added to Superman's powers is cause for the cartoon it's easier to animate flight than it is to show him jumping. If you think about it from an animators point of view it saves time/money/effort animating.
Fun fact: the reason why Kryptonite was invented was to give the radio actor a break from doing Superman's voice.

Some of the details are so deep and wise, I really doubt that the creators had the same vision while filming this. Love your details and metaphors!!❤️❤️❤️
In the first flight scene when Clark loses his balance just after getting excited on knowing that he can fly,the music doesn't immediately goes off as it implies that the fall is a part of Clark's learning to use his powers.
And when he finally strikes that mountain and fell down the music tones immediately down (indicating that he have realized that if he's going to act recklessly then with such power he might bring lot of destruction to his surroundings.) I mean such synchronization of the score with the scene is worth mentioning.
I don't know if this counts or not. Just felt that it did.

Also, probably good that you didn’t go frame-by-frame through all of the JAW-DROPPING death and destruction, from the Smallville battle to the finale. That would’ve been a much much longer video!
I think you missed when Clark first went into the Kryptonian ship there was a bunch of cryogenic chambers with corpses and one chamber was empty and open.
This nodes to a comic that describes the origin to how the ship crashed on earth.the open cryogenic chamber belonged to a Lara-El Aka supergirl.(check out the comic its pretty good)
In a interview Zack said that he might plan on bringing her into the story.
