Before Loki Episode 4 drops, I wanted to re-visit some of the scenes in Thor: Ragnarok. Here it goes! :)

Something I noticed -
When Loki gets thrown out of the train (Loki series) he does a little face expression... He does the exact same expression as he does when he gets up after falling for 30 straight minutes in Ragnarok.
Tom Hiddleston really does pays a lot of attention to detail and Loki really does hate falling.

And Tom Hiddleston probably has that one expression ready for anytime Loki is upset like that, no need for him to sit down and think "okay, what expression did I had in that particular scene".
When Thor was telling the snake story, it was completely unscripted and improv, so Tessa Thompson (Valkerie) thought it would just go for the bloopers reel or something so she did a little snake dance with her head as a joke, not knowing it would eventually make the finally cut. She stopped when she saw mark ruffalo going along with it seriously

Holding a sword by the blade is a common method where the hilt is used as a hammer. Perfect for the god of hammers! 😉

I love that when Thor finally accepts his role as Asgard's king, we hear a motif from the first movie. It's definitely not ideal that all three movies had different composers, but it's nice that there were some musical callbacks in this film.

There's a detail regarding Loki. At the moment Odin say "I love you my sons" including Thor and Loki, Loki himself actually was not in the bad term with Thor anymore, the change is slow, but it's there. In Loki's series, after learning what he would have done in the main timeline, also right after Odin said so, he also changed, but the change this time was huge that you can notice right away.
Fun fact, gripping the blade and using the handle/guard as a bludgeoning weapon is actually an established sword fighting tactic for when you are fighting against an enemy against whom a blade would be ineffective. Generally, the manuals show this as an enemy in full armor but it would make perfect sense against something like Hela's zombies that you want to shatter rather than wound.
Did you notice that at the end of the movie, when Thor shortly waves at his people after beeing declared the new king of Asgard a little girl in the down right corner can be seen waving back.
It also shows Thor coming full circle from Thor 1. He was raising Mjolnir and waving to a crowd as a cocky, arrogant himbo who only wanted for not. End of Ragnorok he's been thru avengers 1 and 2, as well as his 2 solo movies that have all taught him how to be better person. He waves more reluctantly due to his greater responsibility

Have you ever noticed that hela was the original wielder of mjolnir. Odin wanted it to be a tool to build with Thor because with hela it was a weapon of war. He said this in THOR it is such beautiful continuity that kinda shows the regret he has around the hammer and it past hence his serious problem with Thor using it moments later to wage war against the frost giants

CL, you do an outstanding job at pointing out the huge number of subtle Easter eggs, reinforcements, and just awesome little details marvel puts in their movies. Not only has Marvel revolutionized the art of story arching but, the depth that those details provide not only makes rewatching far more enjoyable, I can see them expanding on that idea to tell a secret sub story or give fans other and/or deeper plot avenues to pursue in their movies.
I waited till this moment without seeing any other's breakdowns or Easter eggs on loki part - 4 for your video to come out! 😕 And tomorrow is the next episode release date!

When hulk clenched his fist against loki it reminded me when hulk punched the elevator door in endgame because loki waved at him but i dont know if he just punched the door cuz he had to take the stairs but because he saw loki waving at him

For the slide, to reduce friction and tugging. The shin guard would allow him to slide a lot easier and gain more speed.
In the battle, probably just for aesthetics. Just like his helmet and shield. Plus, it probably doesn't hurt as bad if he shin checks while wearing a metal jacket on his leg. But probably more for looks than anything, I'd wager.

When loki says "I have been falling for 30 mins", I seriously feel it. We all get woken up from sleep if we have a dream of falling, and there loki has been falling for 30 mins. 😭😭 Dr. Strange was really strict with him though.
I just found one more detail when Thor and Loki meet hella during the transition Loki moved his hand like he was removing the illusion of Thor hammer you can check in really slow paced
6:53, I don't remember if Hela's army was armored or not, but if they were, that would explain Thor half-swording. Using a sharp blade doesn't fair well against armored opponents, so using the sword as a blunt weapon would work much better in his favor. Also, Thor is used to blunt weapons, thanks to Mjolnir, so I assume using the handle as the weapon would be in his preference.

One cool detail in the final battle: the part of the music that says "Valhalla I am coming" plays when Valkyrie is living the ship and joining the battle. That's a reference to the Valkyries in norse mythology who carried the dead warriors to Valhalla.
6:45 thats actually a way to hold a sword in real life, when fighting an opponent with armor you could grab the blade and hit your opponent with the hand guard, and so long as the sword doesn't slide you wont cut your self.

4:12 There is one small detail that you've missed, in this scene, when Thor sat on the chair and waved to the people behind him, the kid on the right side of the screen waved back, I don't know if the kid did it on purpose and they didn't see it when they were editing the film or if it was intentional.
When Thor says "uncharted metagalactic travel through a volatile cosmic gateway" to Banner, he's looking at him dead in the eyes but then shifts his look as if he's looking at a script cause the whole dialogue is sort of a mouthful.
Hulk's fist doesn't represent his anger towards Loki- it shows that he can't trust Loki. Neither should we.

@@whiteass4ssin118 Loki is the God of mischief. Even Thor literally says in this movie right before leaving Sakaar that Loki can't be trusted. There is no other unreliable and prankish person like the God of mischief himself.
On the other hand, if you follow Hulk's arc, he has his anger issues mostly overcome by the end of Thor Ragnarok, hence he doesn't even show up in Infinity War. He talks a lot more, he has a wider range of emotions, and is a very human character in this movie. It couldn't just be his anger.

Here is something that I noticed in Episode 4 of Loki:
When Loki is trapped in the cell, he lifts his head quick to prove that he is the one who has more power. However, in the end credits, he doesn’t do it with the other Loki’s. I believe that this shows how he is starting to believe that he might not truly be the best Loki.

Honestly I don't think this applies to what she did.
She held it in place and crushed it like glass, my assumption would just be sheer power allowed her to dismiss it, like Iron Man would an arrow.

Looked for someone else who noticed it, for a minute I felt like it was too obscure of a detail. I thought I was alone *que whistle from Hunger games*
Gods become powerful by passage of time. Hela was born much before Thor. So its obvious she was more powerful than Thor. Only one who could stop Hela was Odin, but he was gone. Because Odin is father of Hela, obviously his age is more than Hela and so Odin is powerful. The reason Odin was dying because he used dark energy multiple times due to which his own powers faded and he was not much powerful to hold Hela in other dimension.

Great news - Bro, got a great news. It's now fully evident that TOBEY MAGUIRE is coming to the MCU. When Doctor Strange uses one of Thor's hair, he cast a spell similar to the one Agatha did to show wanda's past. The hair also starts to glow according the powers' color, orange/yellow for Doctor Strange and purple for Agatha
