  • A broken heart feels so difficult and painful to deal with. The person often withdraws in their shell and is pushed into depression. A person with a broken heart often has episodes of sobbing, rage, and despair. They may not eat or sleep for days and they may develop low self esteem.
On Thursday this week , Racheal and Dr. Evas Will be sharing the best way to Deal with a Broken Heart.

I am getting over a heart break, it's been so painful because I was betrayed by someone I thought loved me. I am on the right path including receiving counselling

Thank you Dr Evas, all you have said is true and very helpful for a person who hasn't gone through heart break depression, otherwise this would be too late for a person with a serious heart break that has resulted into depression in that case, separation or divorce is the best position to take otherwise even the forgiveness will be a cover up and of course as a counselor you would not advocate for divorce so the ball remain rolling in the hands of the victim.

You're right about giving oneself time to grieve. I remember masking my pain during medical school. This made me go into depression, i had to go through sessions of therapy
