@@mattakastarkill3r402 Listen 2 the joke Tosh inserted the boy who was killed in 2008 into the story of the groundskeepers death at the same coaster 6yrs earlier. The boy was not killed by anyones leg, he was decapitated by the apparatus itself

However, as far as I'm aware they never stated that someone actually got him. Although it's pretty fuxking clear a rider was either injured or some how the boy was high enough to get clipped. The former is more plausible.
@@Kikan319 No one on the ride was injured when the teen who was 17 (not 15) was killed in 2008. However a 58yr old groundskeeper was killed in 2002 by the leg of a rider on the same coaster. Tosh just used the teens death instead because he was from a church group so the natural selection part of the joke would have relevance.

@@Kikan319 Well what's telling about this is that the older gentlemen that was killed by a womans leg proves its possible but they also state that no rider was injured in the kids death ultimately ruling out a leg being involved in his death. So its slanted truth but still truth

I think "hot pocket" was to reference a comedian who works clean named Jim Gaffigan. Jim has a whole bit where he keeps saying, "hot pocket" in exactly the same way.

I was at six flags in Atlanta that day the kid got his head cut off.. they closed down the batman for the rest of the day.. I was pissed... I was on the rollercoaster about 4 min before it happened, and in line again

The ending of that joke when he said "Hot Pocket" and that he had another comic friend write for the end of the joke refers to Jim Gaffigan who does this whole thing about hot pockets. Speaking of Jim Gaffigan, he is just as funny but not so brutal as Tosh, I'm pretty sure he wouldn't make Queen cringe so much. Check out Jim Gaffigan "Whales" it's pretty hilarious.

The Six Flags story is real. I worked at Astroworld one summer and 2 people were killed on rides.

The rollercoaster accident happened at Six Flags in Atlanta. My son and I was there the day it happened. One of the employees there said that one of the rider's feet hit the guy as he stood on the ground and it pushed him so hard into a pole that the guy's head came off. It was the Batman ride.
Oh my goodness, the joke about the decapitated boy had me rolling! Why? Daniel Why? I don't know what's worse, the joke or the fact that I laughed at it uncontrollably.
