These hobby shows are a lot of fun. My first experience with a model was a Stealth Bomber, I built a blue 32 High Boy when i was in my early 20s all killer. I enjoyed that car much more than my first marriage at the time lol
Did the bomber get hung from the ceiling? All planes look cool when they do. But hey, like they always say...... Can't go wrong with a '32 !!!!!!!!!! 😉👍

This show has got it all!!. The tables with just parts I'd love to pick through and buy lots of stuff! Cool to see the Jo Han kits and watch the deal goin' down! The Midnight Cowboy kit, I used for my BIG TOW video(a year ago)of the Revell Hot Rod magazine '56 Ford pick up kit I made into a tow truck. During my early days of collecting die casts, '88- '90's I collected model kits too. Gotta build some now!! Great show Tim!

Man, I wish I could travel and do model contests/swap meets! I'm in the panhandle of Florida, and it's like a dead zone! Everything is 6 hours or more away, kinda hard to travel when I work full-time still!

Maybe it's just me, but DAMN!!!!! these prices on these are ridiculous. I thought $20 was high for a '67' Chevelle. Compared to some of these, i practically stole mine. I couldn't afford to go to one of these even if i wanted to. Nice to look at i guess. Don't see many Nascar cars. Those are my favorites. I have some. A #8 Dale Jr. & a #28 Davy Allison .
Yea, some people have high prices and some don't...... But that is the joy of any swap meet, looking for the bargains!

Thank you David. No I did not (my wife was surprised I didn't). I had a swap table so that keep me busy along with filming the contest and swap area. I did bring home a TOP 25 award with my my semi I entered.

Just wanna say that I am a new subscriber to your channel I have been watching your videos for about 6 months or so.I like them but would like to ask a favor.when you show the model kits could you also show the prices.I see some of them butsometimes you zoom past them and the prices are blurry.I ask this because I go to different sources for model kits but I am seeing some of the kits that I purchased cheaper at the swap meets .

But what's funny is now I get some complaints that I'm going to slow...... Oh well, I'd rather go slow and try to show more of what is there along with some prices then speed it up now. @@THROTTLEPOWER I have a question for ya. In all these meets and swaps you attend have you ever seen the Aurora Racing Scenes stuff? I mean the whole 1/16 AA/FC kits of the Pinto and Vega? I know the engine and other kits are easier to find.
@@NitroModelsAndComics Good question Robert. Not that I recall... I've filmed several swap meets this year and I usually get 90% of everything there. Feel free to go thru my swap meet coverage vids, (real cars and model cars) as I might have showed something like that.
@@THROTTLEPOWER I have gone through and have not seen them. I saw the drivers and one engine kit but no complete funny cars. They are decidedly rare these days. Good thing I have the Vega already, but I'm always on the lookout for another.
