You don't need a valve core remover to let the air out. You can just use something else to let all the air from the tire. Like the air remover on a pocket air pressure tester.

I fucked up by cutting the treads off of the tire before breaking the bead because I didn't know tires had beads. So now I am trying to remove just the bead and it's goddamn impossible
