From the case question, it seems like the MVP already exists. Should this be about validating the product hypothesis by the MVP? Help customer “X” solve problem “Y” by building “Z”. What does success look like, how can this product fail? What are the leading indicators? How do we identify users to target? Is this doing to be profitable eventually?

Since the MVP already exists, shouldn't the answer primarily be focussing on GTM? Lot of points around solution design for MVP seemed un-necessary.

very insightful, was structured well, picked up a few tips. I would have picked a local medicine/prescription drug delivery as the product idea
