    I played back the question a few times to understand what exactly is being asked. To me the question sounded like - "How do you execute or build a roll-out of some update to the ad platform that would enable the Advertisers with more data privacy and control."
    Isnt this a GTM market? Or maybe not. I would first like to clarify the question since its not very clear if its building a strategy or a new product update (product design) or maybe something else.

    I agree with the other commenter here. The way this question was framed, it clearly seemed to be about 'more data privacy control FOR THE ADVERTISERS. The candidate assumed it to be about more data privacy for consumers and better tooling for advertisers - and clarified it with the interviewer but it did throw me off how the question was framed. Just a case of bad framing or what am I misinterpreting?
