Hey Bonnie! The liquid is not probiotics, it's whey! Although it consists mainly of water, whey also contains a little bit of protein, potassium, and calcium. Stirring in the whey not only adds nutrition to your yogurt but also offers a creamier consistency. You don't need a fancy blaster to do that job, all you need is a spoon.😬😬Of course you can dump it if you don't like it! And by the way, I love your vlogs. CUZ.... They give me a homey feeling.

@lalyg182 , how can you say she is unlovable just by the few snippets of her life that she *chooses* to let us see? I don't believe she is a bad person. She is nice and sweet...and human! We all have emotions and bad days where we get grumpy. No marriage is perfect. When you spend 24/7 with somebody, there is bound to be an argument or two. I have been married for 20 years, so believe me, I know what I'm talking about. Please be kind. If you don't like her or her personality, you don't have to watch. This is the second time within a week or so that somebody has turned one of my comments into something negative and I'm really starting to feel bad about it. I really don't want to have to delete my comment, but I wouldn't blame Bonnie if she does so she doesn't have to see any negativity about her, especially after the year she has had. I guess I might have to start being a silent supporter from now on because I'm not going to comment anymore if negativity from it continues to follow. Have a good day. 😊

I still feel bad though because Bonnie shouldn't have to see comments saying she is unlovable when my intention was to show support, regardless of whether it is sarcasm or not. Replying with sarcasm to what was supposed to be a heartfelt comment is in poor taste, in my opinion.

I believe the liquid is from using a metal utensil on there. That’s what I’ve been told at least 😂 I can’t have Greek yogurt so I haven’t tried it with a plastic spoon. My sour cream does that. I just mix it.

Bonnie and family The liquid that can occasionally be found on top of yogurt is whey. Whey is simply the water in milk/yogurt and can contain some minerals and nutrients including calcium and small amounts of protein. A slight separation of whey from the yogurt is natural and can either be stirred back into the yogurt or poured off.
Being from South Georgia and going to Florida a lot for vacations makes me ready to go watching these vlogs. Enjoy the days! They go by fast. Thanks for sharing 🎉

Having issues with my liver, so I have had to cut a lot of sugar out. I went and checked my Greek yogurt and omg the amount of sugar that it has😮. Thank you for the reminder to check "healthy" foods.

Losing the seashell lid only means that now you have to go to a fabric store and get a piece of white fabric with pretty seashells on it and twine to make your one cover over the seashells. Also I watched a tour of the two story vacation homes and there was drone shot and I was waiting is that Bonnie and Joel’s truck and rv?This video was shot a couple of weeks ago. And it was your truck and rv; the tour was of the pink house behind you at 13:02 and the end of the vlog, and the whole rv park. It’s suck a nice place.

When Lincoln threw the fish in the air and Joel was like “DONT THROW IT IN THE AIR” I don’t know why but I laughed so hard! I’ve followed you guys since Lincoln was born, I think your birth vlog with him was the first video I ever watched! I went back and watched your other videos too over time but watching you, Joel & the kids grow and just go through life is amazing. I know it’s not always been easy, especially with the internet. Bonnie, if you smooth the top of the yogurt flat in the container, it should keep the liquid from forming. I know it works with sour cream. Just a trick I learned a few years ago, hope it helps you 😊
