Love this channel, but from the learners perspective it would more helpful if you would show more detail in the cleaning and replacing of parts instead of skipping ahead and saying what you did.

I love how you tell people "I'll show you how to..." and then cut the working part and say "well, I've just done it". Hilarious video, thumbs up for a laugh.

New impellers only can be purchased on eBay for about $8.00. It is recommended every 2 years to replace this part.

I'm in Dade City Fl where do you order your boat parts from online. I have a 1998 75hp mercury with a busted lower end hosing. Do a video of replaceing one.

Looked like the motor was sprayed with corrosion block. How top of carb got black oil and dirt on top...I am thinking maybe from pull start opening?

@1:16 Dirty? If you saw my old Merc 125 you would probably walk away from it immediately! Runs like a charm though ;)
I'm always cautious spraying de-greaser in a motor in fear that it will dry out components that are meant to be lubricated. Any tips?

Outboard motors look as easy to fix as small engines like lawnmowers?

You might wanna try and wear mechanics gloves. Prevents transfer of unnecessary grease and oil over your new parts. Just saying.
