We enter into C tier on our tier list playthrough and I can say these factions are extremely boring and slow but we still have ways of having fun... - Hry

Can't wait to see you lot play the new legendary lords coming out in Thrones of Decay. I have a suspicion the white dwarf lover will be a threat as there's a new cursed item for them to get their hands on and a new dwarf for them to be to get it

@@EpicSynergy So might be best for someone to grab the sword of khaine, to ensure they don't get 2 powerful cursed items because I can't imagine what that would be like. Super Gollum?

Truly. Aranessa might be the lamest faction in the entire game.
@@russ2120 Doesn't help that she also has one of the worst designed, and most lore-inaccurate faction designs in the game. You can tell CA was really grasping at straws when they included her as the fourth lord for the Vampire Coast.
Aranessa was fun in the vortex campaign fighting non stop against the tomb kings
Daniel not being in the list is quite surprising. I played it to turn 40 then i asked myself why? Its the worst possible game design having nothing but daniel and his boring customization. Its only 1 time or at maximum 2 time experience
Since I unlocked the new parts I have tried several times but I always get like halfway and I’m bored out of my mind playing him.
One time is enough, no reachers is surprisingly boring.
We decided to put him in one tier higher since he had a little bit of unique items
He NEEDS some unique or undivided units.

Daniel himself is a very weak lord as well, only good thing is his sets buff his army up.
He is barely as strong as a normal devoted demon prince that Bela’kor can spam out. Also I feel like Bela’kor would better fit deamons of chaos than WoC.
@@linussyren9221 Worst thing is that they already buffed him, since he was even weaker at launch. E.g. if you fought that one Nordland army right next to you at the start in the RoC campaign, and send him 1v1 against a basic ass unit of spearmen, he would fucking lose against them.

Aranessa probably has the worst designed faction in the game. Despite that I don't mind her too much. Her starting position really saves it for me. Yeah she's right next to Ikit Claw, Morghur and Belegar, but it gives you a lot of options. You can go pretty much anywhere once you've solidified your position. Makes you really feel like a pirate.
Volkmar is okay, it’s good not having to worry about imperial authority, but the campaign’s fun factor is a make-or-break depending on the ring of the nearby books of Nagash, some of those are really fun but most are boring. I really like the book that buffs the prayers, makes Volkmar himself very fun

Half of these factions are my favorites.
It would be nice if sometime you played a game the beastmen, I never see anyone using them , anyway, thanks as always for the video, I recently watched all the videos you guys made in the past about this game 😊

Volkmar I feel is the best Empire Lord here. Karl and Gelt have too many enemies, Markus has no allies, Volkar suffers from both but has the ability to smite anyone who looks at him funny with endless armies of powerful Flagellants and tons of cannons and rockets, and then the rest of the Empire faction comes in afterwards to sweep up the remains of what's left of the enemy. If they could even be recognized as the enemy.
The most fun i had in warhammer was with Saranessa Saltspire so to each their own i guess

@@EpicSynergy WH3 gave them Maneaters and Maneaters (Ogre Pistol). IF they gain the new Dwarf Pirates they are going to start becoming the coolest pirate faction that ever sailed the 4 seas!!!! " Some of the new Dwarf units are specifically Pirates. :3"
Also think of how cool it is to have a shanty' of pirates with moral and no undead? :3 + your Allied factions. It's the only way to role play a actual pirate in this game without dying to range first.

Hey don't be hating on rogues now they are gamers and Volkmar kinda sucks being trapped in the desert with almost all of the books on the other side of the map.
A tiefling is just about as unique as you make one. In dnd race doesn’t determine how interesting a character is its the person creating it, this kinda rhetoric is the same kind that people use to dismiss humans as an interesting player race lol. Empire is old and people want new toys, is it really that surprising some people find it uninteresting?
@@fluffybat5421 I think CA did a terrible job of actually representing the empire in this game. But as a whole in lore I think the empire is on the more intresting side when it comes to human factions.
@@GutsOfRivia and people don’t play the lore when they play total war, they play what CA made, which you seem to agree is a really bad representation of the really diverse and interesting aspects of the empire. Hoping thrones of decay can breathe some much needed life into the roster.
