    Thanks for your efforts for making this wonderful and helpful video. It will be useful to know more about the Iterations (whats happens here), what happens at the end of the iterations, activities at the end of IP iteration, where and how in SAFe the UAT can be planned and when actually the products are moved to production. Does the deployment to production occurs after each 5 iterations of 2 * 5 = 10 weeks?

    @Niladri,I have a question under the task breakout you mentioned capacity as 40 , do you mean velocity ? capacity is calculated in hours and velocity in SP. Please refer the video from 37th minute. Thank You !

    • @AgileDigest
      @AgileDigest  Před 3 lety

      Capacity can be SP or can be hours, it's a old video not remember what I had mentioned. Remember when using Story point velocity is different than capacity, you are just taking the velocity (number) as base capacity and then doing some deduction to get the capacity

    Excellent explanation ... it is easy to understand as I am new to scale agile.
    Thanks a lot for that ...
    I have a doubt ...
    In scaled agile...
    if we use jira tool for pi, jira tool is not responding for concurrent access where team size is more than 150.
    I was exploring which tool is best for it. And having integration with jira is what we are looking for.
    What is ur suggestion ...
