My name is Zara Beth (zeezee25 on tiktok) and I post videos about disability, neurodiversity and what its like living with Tourette's Syndrome, Functional Neurological Disorder (FND) and Orthostatic Hypotension. Tourette's syndrome is a neurological condition causing involuntary movements called tics.
I use my social media (TikTok, CZcams and Instagram) to advocate and raise awareness for my conditions and show what it is like living with a disability as a neurodivergent person.
I am also autistic and share my sensory struggles along with my experiences with mental health disorders.
I show what its like having a disability and the accomodations I have to help my daily life. I am an ambulatory wheelchair user showing my life using mobility aids and how chronic illness symptoms change from day to day!
I am also a musician with a popular song called "She's Mine" available on all streaming services - I wrote, produced, mixed and mastered all my songs myself! I am also an artist and a writer. I love reading and I'm currently writing a novel and a book about my life!
I'm 31 years old and I often feel like I'm starting to become too old to do all the stuff I used to enjoy when I was in my late teens/early 20s and that I'm getting too old to pursue my dreams. But whenever I watch your videos I get this tingling sensation of excitement that anything is possible and I can just do whatever I want and enjoy and that it's the little things in life like art and creating that makes it worth living. So thank you for keeping my spirits up and reminding me to do whatever pleases my inner 20-year-old self

Hi! Your earrings are so cool! I'm gonna buy them! I can't wear "basic" earrings - the ones that are made of stainless steel. I actually can only wear silver or titanium earrings (as far as I know and have tested). And actually not that often you can find lovely/cool silver earrings. But you make them from silver! Also, it's nice to know that you sell them all over the world! And the price is not too high. That's lovely! Not many small business owners do that! Ily 💕💕
And it's so cool that you have this disabled people (or whatever you call it) forum/community [place]! I'm also disabled. Never seen such type of forum ("designed" for disabled people if you can call it like that)! So cuteeee 🥰
Advice with the hair I was emotionally attached to my hair and dint cut it for 13 years 😂 and the second you get the urge to cut it go straight to a salon but only do this if u were thinking about it in previous occasions lol don’t just chop your hair. My Aunty really wanted me to cut my hair bc she knew that it would suite me and we have the same hair 😂 so she just convinced me to cut it about 3 years ago and I have kept it short ever since. Also don’t just cut a little, cut as much as you want mine was down to my waist and I chopped it to my shoulders if not shorter and yes I did donate it lol. “Just DO IT!”

How do you find new hobbies? I try to try new things but I end up getting bored after a while.
I’ve had pretty much the same hobbies all my life (gaming, gymnastics, hiking, art, music) but I do swap between phases of liking one of them more than the others, so I just do what I’m feeling like at the time ❤
try not to put any pressure on yourself to stick with something and make it your entire life, because having pressure on something makes you less likely to WANT to do it
so just do what you enjoy and try new things once so you know if it’s for you! if you enjoy it, do more and experiment more!

We have ALDI here in the states, I dont know what it's like where you are but I only been in once.
