When using the Self View option, use the look button (That let's you pan the camera around freely) and it will turn the game into a first person mode.
@Jeremy Pardy Nice.
That resident evil 4 over the shoulder view
The police station ughhhh!!
I played the game in this view. It felt like an entirely different game, it was also more immersive... I peed myself more than usual.
"What? Don't you have any more bullets, you miserable mortal????"
"Nope"
"OHH NOOOO YOU DISCOVERED MY WEAK POINT. NAAAAAAAAA"
Even with low textures, in the school Infirmary you will find the medicine cabinet with a poster with the emergency number "911" that changes in the OtherWorld to something like "Hell"
RIP SH
Rest In Pacinko
I can't decide if I should laugh or cry.
Silent Hill will be back..... Im sure ! It just crosses the mind of Yamaoka to try reunite his team. He just needs time
People asking for more Silent Hill games seems to forget that everything after 3 was fucking terrible. Let it go.
This comment... Is art
I’m still not forgiving Konami to what they have done to Kojima
Centralia is just an inspiration for the movie. There are no ashes in the game, just snow.
I was just about to post this. But I will admit the films idea of it being ash was a lot cooler and more creative(and ties better with the tragedy of Alessa). One of the few ideas that movie had that were cooler than the game.
@@SageofSorrow I like what Team Silent said, snow in the middle of summer...more creepy!!
In the movie there is ash falling to the ground like snow.
@@KawaiiKittyKat79 but the movies have nothing to do with the games!
@Mountain MGTOW Wrong....he isn't confused. Even Dr. Michael Kaufman says "And it's snowing out, this time of year."
6:32 that baby is still used in the game, but it uses a different texture. It's the same baby as the shadow baby you encounter in the school
It also the same monster found in the school, in the European version of the game
Killing children is censored in all video games including SH1
@@hugonewguy4009 Dead Space 2 wants to have a word with that statement
@@hugonewguy4009 uh the buggers at the beginning and in the school that repeatedly molest Harry's crotch disagree. They were children.
@@MyRascle no its not
"Alley Skipglitch" sounds like one of those people you vaguely remember going to school with
"Skipglitch" would have to be a nickname (for a speedrunner, I guess).
The transition to the hell hospital in the third game and the door transitions around that area had me switch off the console out of sheer overwhelming fear. Nothing has come close since.
Oh yes.... ! Thats also the scariest thing that I faced.... My god, the hell Brookhaven hospital in SH3 is just inimitable, I was 14 yrs old when I played in it, I hv been courageous I didnt switch off the console but I was really, really holding my stomach in that place ! I really wanted to get the fuck out as fast as possible....
I did that when the lanky bastard stood up in the murder hall and ran at me in rezzy evil remake
that mirror room in the storeroom
Good video!!! But, the thing about Centralia, came from the movies, in the first game is snow what's falling, not ashes, the fog was used for technical limitations, SH was just based in New England buildings...
OFC as New England is where many of S. Kings's novels take place, most notably "The Mist". if You will read it You will get what I mean :P
Also I recommend "Midwich Cuckoos" by John Wyndham when we are on it
This kid probably didn’t even play this. He has been wildly incorrect with all his silent hill content.
Especially how he thinks sh4 was developed as something not sh related. So much for being apparently a "big fan of the series and it's lore"
Evil Cybil riding one of the horses made my day. XD
I did not know about this until today, lmao this series just keeps on giving!
Burner2K0 me too. didn't know that. and i still play this game.
Cybil don't curr
One other thing about Centralia. I live nearby to it, and I've gone there. There's actually no problem with walking about most of the area. It's clean breathing. Most of the holes in the ground are about 20 degrees hotter when you get near them though. And it's not a complete ghost town. Some people still live there. And the real main attraction of the place is the heavily graffitied road. It's cut off from the road still in service.
Agreed. I'm from central PA and have been to through Centraila many times myself. The air is definitely not toxic and the town has an interesting history. Definitely worth a drive past I think.
I love Silent Hill. But even after 20 years I never knew about the final boss no ammo trick. Awesome work. 😁👍
... I thought my shit glitched out. Turns out it felt sorry for me. 😂😂
It also works with the silent hill 2 final boss.
I just beat the game and forgot about that lol I had to put in cheat codes for literally 2 rifle rounds
"There was a SH here. It's gone now."
Genius comment.
I first played silent hill 1 when it was out on PS1 at my friend's house. He had already beaten it a few times and guided me through it. I had seen Jacobs ladder only a few weeks beforehand with my brother. Even back then I was drawing parallels between the two without knowing silent hill was inspired by it. But I totally understand it now. Silent Hill remains one of the scariest games out there. For me it was the way they designed the areas with limited draw distance, great use of lighting and shadows, the sound of the radio when enemies were around or the silence when they died. Almost every aspect of the game was perfect for instilling fear.
Loved the video! Great to know all the other tidbits and Easter eggs I had no idea about.
it's only ash in the movie. in the games it's snow
It annoys me that people thinks it's ash... Kauffman says, "strange to be snowing at this time of the year"
PsicoGames it’s ash though
Valkyrie ALTER what do you think summer snow means?????? 🤦♀️duh..
@@Pusfilth They literally say it's snow in the game... It's snow, my guy.
@@psicogames5509 Same, Masahiro Ito confirmed it's snow on twitter. So I wish people stop saying it's ash, as well saying Silent Hill is based on Centralia, which was also debunked by Ito in the same tweet.
Hey, I don't know if anyone has answered this yet, but the view mode option changes what you see when you press the look button (which was L2 if I remember correctly). The default is the camera will pan towards where Harry is looking at, which can be adjusted with the right stick. The "self-view" is the "behind-the head" angle you demonstrated when you were showing Cheryl during the alley skip glitch.
Great video, btw! :D
AMidnight4 yeah, that shit is creepy as hell
Hey! Right stick doesn't do anything in this game! That's Silent Hill 2...
"Self-view" is actually behind the head, at least in my PAL version. And also Jxro DeadCity is right: the right stick can adjust the camera angle only in SH2 and SH3.
Those cutscene graphics were the dope shit back then. Now the games look 20x better than just the cutscenes. Crazy.
Yeah games of today are about HD graphics, but are shit
@@yanisokamisensei327 I agree. Companies are lazy bc they know the new generation has nothing worse to compare it to.
Those cinematics were like rewards for progression through game back then. Miss those times so much

Pretty sure only the movie is a reference to Centralia
First i wanted to say i really like your videos .
Sadly i have to disagree with the Centralia inspiration.
It's snow not ash.
It's been misinterpreted and spread by the movie.
Kaufmann says it when meeting harry in alchemilla hospital.
Thank you for saying this. I was going to do just that.
Exactly. Thank you.
Thank youuuu
at first i thought it was snow but after watching the movie i started thinking it was ashes and now it's snow again but for real this time XD thanks
Maybe it's snow in the real world and ash in hell?
It's snow in the first game. Not ash. That was just the SH movie.
Some more references: The pinball machine that’s in the cafe is the same one that Malakai uses at the beginning of the Children Of The Corn, there’s also a wall with the words “Redrum” from The Shining, and in central Silent hill, there’s a burger place called “Konami Burger” and in the dark world is “Konami Berger”
Wished Konami would revive the series already. SH was such a great survival horror game series.
I don't think SH 1 and 2 were survival horror. I'd say they were psychological horror. A big part of Resident Evil was running out of ammo, especially in the early game, and having to dodge enemies to survive. Running out of ammo was never really a thing in SH unless you were really terrible at aiming or whatever.
@Jimmy De'Souza I know they did, but not necessarily on your first playthrough. This is especially so for RE1 (the original) for people who chose to play as Chris for their first ever playthrough. Ammo is tight as hell for the first quarter of the game with him, and I guarantee that every first time player ran out.
First time players of SH1 didn't run out though, unless they were silly with their handgun usage.
@Jimmy De'Souza Because it's true, at least for Resident Evil 1 and Silent Hill 1. RE1 was more heavily survival horror than subsequent titles. It was made so that you would run out of ammo in the early game, or at least be constantly worried about how much ammo you had left and when you would find more.
Silent Hill's horror didn't come from lack of ammo though. It was psychological horror.
i remember the day when i was a child and terrified with SH 1,i could ony watch as my brother finish it again and again and i still remember two glitches who arent here:
* in cybil's fight if you run toward the camera there may be a chance to glitch cybil making her disappear but still hearing her walking, the only way to make her re-appear is by turning around in one spot till she is behind you (you can see this glitch on PeakTemper's LP of SH1).
*on nowhere (the final zone without map),if you have a original PSX and a worn out SH disk, by enterting a random door the console may take a long loading time and when it finish it will "create" and new room with nothing in it,although the floor directly in the center of said room with collapse as soon you reach the other side. (thanks to my sister who got lost so many times in the final zone lol)
These two actually keep me awake some nights....
Yes I too remember the one and only day I was a child..
English is a tricky language.
@@trod146 even more tricky'er are comments like yours that cant explain either if they are trying to be grammar nazis or just plain nonsence.
A moment of... huh... silence for the dead series :)
Silent Hill is dead. Silent Hill is eternal.
Hardly eternal.
DevilGearHill not dead
Katetanic, very dead. Konami doesn’t care and the original team is long gone. Very dead.
DevilGearHill No...... Not dead at all..... Resting maybe, but not dead.....
@@Katetanic Dude, I'm sorry.
6:36 if you pay close attention, that one is actually in the game, except with a different texture, it's the squeaky transparent black colored baby ghost that appears at certain points in the school
About the demon child it's not an unused enemy in the game
The very first version of the game (wich i had back in 1999) had this enemy as a common enemy inside the elementary school...later, due to ethic problem, Konami decided to remove that enemy from the game and used the claw like demon instead of the demon child
A shadow of this enemy can be spotted in one of the final stage of the game but, as i said, it's just a shadow and you don't understand what it is
In the elementary school, when you met one of them, you could here them crying like real babies....creepy
Such a shame Konami never released a remaster edition
Remastered would be absolutely fucking awesome. Imagine if they never had a falling out. Imagine if on the exact date the first game came out it were to be remastered as a 20th year anniversary edition. But alas, we are stuck without hope, with no remaster, and with no new installment. Fuckonami
@ThePantyHose One these are the enemies i'm talking about and they were in the elementary school in the first version of the game
czcams.com/video/Rqb9bJnh71M/video.html
Later they have been removed
Maybe my first version was the US version and the second the Pal version
I don't remember
Everything you said I already knew..... But when I saw you enter the SCHOOL BUS.... THAT BLEW MY MIND. I HAD NO IDEA!
That actually serves as the save point right before the school, there's a notepad near the back. It's probably there in case you needed to take a break before entering the school itself.
I do agree that the game makes no hints that you could enter it.
Beat this game so many times and also blew my mind you could enter the bus. Had no idea at all.
There is a save point in the bus and if I remember correctly there are even 2 health drinks. I always stop there before going into the school.
Same. I had no clue you could do that!
Man I remember seeing most of those monsters. BTW in the fog part of town 2 you can go on top of a building across the street from the hospital to fight the moth.
You must go there. Cant avoid it
5:05 WHAT? i didn't know you can get on that bus!! i played this game like 7 times and never saw that. !!
Awesome work. However, some of these monsters are actually in the game. The demon child, for example, is used in a shadow version but it doesn't do any damage to you. The moth is the boss you fight at the top of a building when the whole city has turned into the 'other side'.
7:00 I like that one and it should have been an ending (non cannon of course but would have been satisfying).
Wow, I'm surprised you didn't mention how Jacob's Ladder inspired the opening to Silent Hill: Homecoming.
Hey Ink Ribbon, that bottle glitch and the instantenous final boss win sound like speed running tricks, really obscure things only the most dedicated player could find out.
Nice video, looking forward for more
As a veteran gamer and Silent Hill lover, I did know ALL of these easter eggs and even more, although some of them shouldn't be considered easter eggs like the extra game options. Even so, nice video, keep it up.
Came here to say that hahaha
Yet a good chunk of the information given is incorrect. That's snow falling in silent hill, not ash. Nor was Silent hill based on a real town. Both of those ideas were created for the movies, neither of which has anything to do with the games (And were also created by the same man who fucked up the resident evil movies.)
Love that game so much! It really needs a decent remake.
It has a decent remake what it needs is a GOOD remake
It's pronounced "Aglofotus". Dahlia Gillespie says it clearly. "Aglofotus! I thought I got rid of it!"

It is not based after a real town. Team silent wanted to make the town look like a normal town that could be found anywhere in the west. The fog came from them hiding the short rendering distance that the ps1 had and there is some evidence that suggests they also got the idea of the fog from the book The Mist. I’m kinda tired of people spreading the rumor that it was based after the town centrailia Pennsylvania (forgive me if I misspelled it) because it not true it’s a coincidence. Also it’s snow not ash. Anyone else annoyed by alote of the silent hill misinformation that constantly gets spread weather it’s story or inspiration?
I am constantly infuriated when people blurt out weather-based misinformation
Kaleb Pinkston actually they are based off of east coast USA towns.
Joe Wilkinson you right. The visual look was based after real western towns but that’s wasn’t the point of my comment. It, HOWEVER was not based centrallia Pennsylvania. That is what the movie version was based after. Also as I said they didn’t base it after and specific town in the us , rather many to, like I said, give it a feeling of it being anywhere in the US
I love your videos! I've been wtching your last videos and are awesome, keep going!
I was about to comment about how Centralia is actually still inhabited by a couple families who refuse to move so they cut a deal where can't sell their land or pass it down to their children since it'll be acquired via eminent domain once they die. Also, it's perfectly safe to walk around there long as you stay away from any holes or shale piles but then I saw your description XD
The child monster was actually removed due to rating concerns. Most games don't let you kill children so the developers changed them to ghosts which can't harm you or be harmed. You can still see them in the school area. They even make noise and fall down.
Wait, what about the little demon kids with knives that attack you in that opening 'dream sequence' (after you find the crucified monster, before you wake up in the coffee shop?)
@@mywhychromosomethey look nothing like children so it’s a win win. You can get away with killing children in video games if the “children” in question don’t resemble a human child.
Shut up. Did you even play Silent Hill? Go away 😡😡
Hey Number 9 kinda blew my mind because I thought I achieved all unlockable stuff and all ending to this game even the Dr.Kauffman sidequest and Alien ending but that police station I don't remember finding it and it amazed me. Great video
Really? I somehow found it my first playthrough lol same with the red liquid when I was trying random stuff. I hope I'm not the only one
Guess Harry's Jeep being caved in by an avalanche near a convenient store didn't make the cut
Arnold: SHUT UP! That one quiet kid in the back of the room: literally brings hell on earth. Arnold: Dammit Alessa, again? STOP IT!
A Moth, A sting ray thing, A frog and bat combined, A dog-like monster, whatever the hell this thing is...
Wonderful montage! :) Loved the fun skit with The Kindergarten Cop and the happy ending!
Excellent job on the research, I even learnt a new tricks!
Maybe one day consider ever making a video with all the silent hill 1 references and so on, so much stuff to cover up
Ohhh man that music😱takes me back

Nice my some any videos related on this. i just enjoyed watching on keep it up ink ribbon
I loved the Cybil and carasoul Easter egg. I can just imagine it XD
Cybil: wheeeee
Harry appears again: wtf?!
Cybil: oh yeah, boss fight.... Boo.
LOL 😂😂😂
At the 3:36 mark, I would like to mention my sisters and I figured out the bottle issue after a while. We were talking about how we kept finding a plastic bottle somewhat nearby. So we figured to Use the plastic bottle at the mysterious Fruit Punch Kool-Aid. It worked, but that just made an entirely new mystery -- when and to where to use said Kool-Aid. When we finally figured out how and when to use that stuff all three of us squealed in such delight. We did something similar when we figured out the piano puzzle too.
Actually learned something new usually there’s a lot of videos about silent hills Easter egg but you sir put some work into finding new Easter EGGS
100th+ plus!
Ps. I think the two of the unsued monsters can be still found in the game. Ex. The month is a boss at the rooftop and the frog type can be found in the street or the mall if I can remember correctly.
It's called night flutter and float stinger. But im not sure.
Those actually seem as unused desings, like the "demon child" of the video, they appear in the school but as shadows, they don't attack, make a wierd bird noise and dissapear when you walk next to them...
@@franksunderland403 they called it stalkers I think. The child one with a larger proportion or the head and the one with a knife. The child one were afraid of flashlight and can be killed by just following around but the other can harm you though I can't remember where the other stalker creature can be found in the game.
Someone on CZcams actually ported the unused monsters into the game to check them out.
I heard that there were some controversy around that child monster maybe that's why they didn't used that in game
@@v-trigger6137 In the PAL release the child monsters are replaced with mummblers in the school.
I love watching your videos. Thank you for what you do
1. The idea of "ash rain" just came from the movies. 2. About the moth and the demon child, they actually were included in the final game. 3. GREAT info about Kindergarden Cop, never expected that! I wonder if they paid anything for using those props and even more I wonder how on earth one could ever find out obscure things like that! 4. Thanks for using SH2 music
I agree about the awesome "Kindergarten Cop" info! And to (possibly) answer your question, I'm not 100% about it in this case, but at least back in the day, Famitsu (essentially THE Japanese video game magazine) would feature interviews with the game developers that would regularly highlight super-specific and sometimes insane details about games and what went into their creative process, rather than the surface level, often more hardware-related (yawn) stuff we tend to get in the West. For example, it was how we learned that the character Squall, from Final Fantasy VIII, was physically based on the actor River Phoenix. Someone from Team Sikent bringing up "Kindergarten Cop" as their idea of a quintessential American School in the mag sounds justtttt about right, lol
@@mywhychromosome Cool, I didn't know about this different focus of the Famitsu mag. So you speak Japanese or are there translations?
Also, didn't know about River Phoenix. I always though this Japanese pop icon, his name is Gackt, was the model. But River indeed looks much more similar.
Oh my I just finished FFX and Shenmue once more and my nostalgic longing for Japan is stronger than ever.
@Survival Spheres It's funny you mention Gackt--he was actually used as the model for the character Genesis, from the Final Fantasy 7 side-game "FFVII: Crisis Core", so perhaps you were remembering that? I played it back in the day on PSP, being a huge FFVII fan, and while it had some wacky story beats, it was SO much fun just getting to run around that world again, with improved graphics. I figured it'd remain an obscure PSP game, but the other day I heard it'd been re-released (and partially remade) for PS4/5 etc, which is very cool! Supposedly their contract with Gackt had expired, so I wonder what Genesis will look like....
ANYWAY, sorry about the side-ramble, lol, to get back on topic...unfortunately, I speak hardly any Japanese, although I have the same deep love for the country and its culture that you seem to--almost a feeling of...nostalgia?? Even though I've never been there. The Persona series really stirs that up in me, as well as things like the film "Lost in Translation". But the Famitsu articles, especially major interviews, could and can often be found translated online, much like the Final Fantasy Ultimanias...always entertaining/interesting stuff.
PS: I loved FFX, as you might imagine, and I bought the Remaster but haven't played through it yet, but I never played any of the Shenmue games since back in the day, they were for Dreamcast, which I didn't have. But now that they're available on PS4...are the games worth getting? Is one of them particularly the best? Or do you just by default start with the first game?
@@mywhychromosome (I have lot's to say in reply, will get back to you shortly!)
@@mywhychromosome Yes, I'm sure you're right, I got FF8 and Crisis Core mixed up. Played Crisis Core briefly back then, on a friend's PSP, but somehow it didn't feel like FF7 to me. It was..... different, little recognition valua. But from your description, I should give the game a late second chance. I didn't know, for example, that you really revisit the locations of the original! The remaster, having just been released, seems like the perfect opportunity to do so. Are you going to play it again, too?
I've seen and heard a lot about the huge Persona series, but I've never played it myself. I imagine it to have the same light, casual and innocent vibe as Japanese anime with a school setting. Never heard of Lost in Translation, though. I'll do some research!
So, now for Shenmue :-) To answer your question directly, the thing is clear: definitely play the first game! Play at least a little bit. If you are not immersed after the first few hours, then the entire series is not for you. It can be difficult at the beginning in terms of gameplay, and surely different from everything else. But it's a very calm and relaxing experience, sometimes almost meditative, although it doesn't really try to be like that. If for example you liked to hang out at the cozy locations in FF7 or FFX, just to sink into the atmosphere, not really doing anything, then chances are high that you will like Shenmue as well. Its most powerful effect, however, is the described (pseudo-)nostalgia that you may literally feel. You'll know what I mean right away. If you already feel an attachment to Japanese culture, believe me, Shenmue takes it to a new, contemporary level. I won't write much more than that, it's already gotten too long anyway. Just this: Don't blame me if, in the not distant future, you'll spend your money on a ticket to Yokosuka, Japan, haha! I'll make it up to you anyway and buy you a bowl of ramen if we meet there ;-)
Honestly, I thought I knew just about everything about the original game but there were a couple things here that were actually new to me. Just makes me love this game even more.
Self View:
When you hit the view button (L1 or L2 i forget) you see from the character's perspective
Great Video! Would you please make one about all the Silent Hill Games, like Downpour or Homeconing?
The first view just afect the button which helps you to pan the camera softly and explore a little more the environment of each scenario, when you active the 1st view, instead of that, the camera will locate on the back of the head of Harry, letting you see the environment on a kind of 1st view where his head is always hindering us. When you unpress the button, the camera take its normal position, just like in the video. Nice info you gave us!
Laura plays the piano is the perfect background to the video goes great with the narration
"A bald chicken dinosaur thing."
Lol.
Awesome description!
I wish they would release this game as a VR version I think it would be mind-blowing.
For those curious, if you look up Centralia, someone's actually walked down and photographed the Graffiti HIghway (the old Highway that got closed off), it's worth a look, it's photographed in a google street view style so you can see it as if you were walking down it
Did not know about the 'Jacob's Ladder' or game breakers so... awesome!
In first, in original Silent Hill series the town covered by snow instead of ash.
In second, self view mode game camera is tied to Harry Mason's shoulder which gives you almost first person view even in particular places, where camera view changes to static position for cinematographic picture.
But your videos are still pretty good!
Glad to subscribe today this is a great channel
Your videos are fantastic!
8:32 the self mode view puts the camera behind harry's head when you press the look button (by default it is L1), it's not quite over the shoulder RE4 style camera but hey, you could say the original silent hill did it first lol
Cibil can also run out of bullets during her boss fight if you last long enough. From that point on she has no choice but to chase you and melee you.
"Self view" is what first person camera was called on that menu, pressing up makes camera go down and pressing down camera goes up, the "airplane controls" that was the most popular control scheme at the moment so inverted just made it like we use it today, up goes up, down goes down. I used to change config so I don't remember the default button to activate first person camera. You can't move while on first person, only look around as most games from that era
Woah, I've played SH1 for years and years and NEVER knew you could enter the police station. Good excuse for yet another playthrough! :)
Holy hell. I had no idea you could go inside the bus! I just replayed the game a few months ago and didn't even check.
Thank you!!this is one of my all time favourite games! ❤
I use to beat this game twice in one sitting back in the day and I still couldn’t remember how I figured that red potion,UFO ending too back in the day I didn’t have internet at home and till this very day I’ve never met anybody who made it past the elementary school
At time of release I remember Gamepro pulling out all the stops and including a two or three part strategy guide that helped walk you through the game and helped with the piano puzzle and stuff. Those Gamepro issues were a godsend back in 99 and 2000. I remember reading to save all my rifle bullets for the moth and caterpillar instead of wasting them on normal enemies(it was 1999 and survival horror was a baby at this point so I didn’t understand saving my ammo and health items)
Centralia was not an influence in Silent Hill and in Silent Hill it wasn't ash falling from the sky it was snow.
What is the background music what is played at number 1 and 2
I've had the pleasure to go to silent hill before and I managed to get a few pieces of coal from there as souvenirs and I still have them to this day lol wish I could have found a sign from there to keep hang that on my wall as a momento
In the game, it's snowing in Silent Hill. That isn't ash.
Great video i really like Silent Hill and i did know about these things.Any assamption about RE 3 remake? And yh i also think Outbreak is very underrated i loved both.
In the first game, Harry mentions it is snowing in August. Another character mentions it too (Kauffman I believe). In SH2 it does mention an underground mine, but there is no snow or ash. Same for SH3...
This such an underrated channel
First, love the videos, they keep me entertained. Second, Silent Hill was not based off Centralia Pennsylvania, Centralia didnt have anything to do with the franchise until they made the first movie. The coal fire burning under Centralia was the inspiration for the fires burning in the movie. The smoke and ash started from the movie, the original 3 games were fog and rain or fog and snow. I've been a Silent Hill fan going back to '99, sorry to call you out, but I like for people to be correctly informed.
Wow great vid man. Im a harcore fan and didnt knew about the kindercop references, nice!
What is the background music twords the end of the video?
When you get to SH2 the scene where you first meet Maria she says, "See James, I'm real." But James never told her his name, hinting at who/what she really is.
Huh? I don't remember Maria ever mention James by name during that scene, I just checked it
If I can remember well, the first time Maria named James, it was in the alley from Heaven's Night when she said "James, you can't make it through there..."
7:21 My new cannon ending. 👍
Dude I played this game a lot and I never knew you could enter the schoolbus weird but awesome reminds me of the RE2 bus you have to get thru to get to the RPD

back in 99 when played it several times..this gives me chill
its creepy too..i though everyone knows about it...cool
I uave been playing it for not even a long time and the final boss trick will so come in handy with new fear and first game play
Ahhhh man the memories the first game I ever emulated in my life..... playing this in summer holidays. that chilling music. my favorite game of all time
I live close to Centralia and you can definitely go there without any equipment. Also it was because they started to burn garbage and it caught the mine on fire. Then they thought they could control the burning but fuckes it up even worse. Some people still live there and yeah, a lot of kids went there and thought it was so cool. The only thing kinda cool there is the graffiti highway
Totally didnt know about the police station part. Thanks!
One I'm surprised not many people know of. There's a huge fan blade in the school of the game and if you stand in front of it for too long ,Harry will fall into it
No way this true? I played many times and never seen this
Great video bro
I actually visited centralia last summer and got some pretty good pics! I also kinda took a piece of the road too but that’s uh a bit weird.
I frigging love all horror games. This genre is what drew me to even purchasing a console in the past (ps, Xbox, (untill I got introduced to cod, LMAO..im ashamed to say but we all got friends that wanna shoot stuff, and I fell away from it for several years)..but...that being said..I just recently started reviving my love for these games by playing the remakes/remasters( Halloween itch needed scratching) of silent Hill, re 2.. and the newest evil within 2 and I'm again loving it.
New sub..love the classics as well.
While watching #8 and learning about that Pennsylvania town I was getting ready to head out the door and take a road trip until I found out the place is gone. Thanks for the tease. Lol
