    Thank you so much for covering this. I have found your shorts very informative and have been sharing them with a family member who has recently developed serious fluctuating glucose levels. Sure wish I had a direct line to ask you pharma/herbal questions🤗

    Thanks for this information, Dr. Hong. My wife and several members of her family are pre diabetic or are diabetic. I'm going to see if they'd be interested in seeing this. I'd be curious to see how results would be for someone who is eating foods and snacks more common here in the US.... your short videos of the foods you eat are fairly new to me. Thanks again for your videos!

    A blood glucose monitor has changed the way I eat. With a keto/low carb diet you can reverse T2 diabetes. The first step is to to monitor your blood before and after meals. I am using intermittent fasting OMAD one meal a day and keto (

      Grapes will surely spike your glucose level to the roof. Substitute strawberries, raspberries, blueberries.
