@Huang Bros The unit I purchased (from Amazon) came with Android 12. Super smooth and installed fairly straightforward. Such a huge improvement from stock! Question: does the aftermarket microphone have to be installed for voice input? I really don't want to have to place the ugly microphone somewhere visible.
@@frankpatlan4412 you dont need it but just ensure when you pick up the phone that it is the Lexus oem headunit answering by clicking answer on the steering wheel

How is the sound quality compared to the OEM system? How does it work, the sound I mean? The tablet is connected via Bluetooth to the speakers or ...?
If you are in the OEM screen an listen Radio, do you see the radio information in the pop-up screen left from the RPM tachometer also ? In my case (same Car, same Lexion) that dont work.

what about buying new RC Screen 2024 from manufacture and try to plug it do you think it will work ?
You can also set it up just saying OK Google commands. Example OK GOOGLE navigate to store….
Does it mess with the original Mark Levinson speaker tuning?
Are you with sports suspension? A lot of noises can be heard while driving on bumps
I would like to add it to my car. Can you tell me about if able to connect factory reversing camera to the screen ? Or need to replace the camera with fit one? Moreover how about the installation of this screen is it complicated?

Finally, I think I may have asked already but can't remember. Would you do a transmission oil flush / replace on a 2016 IS 350 F , if you bought it as a second owner with 46 k miles on it? Or is that a risk that the transmission can start slipping?
@@allboutthemojo the Ergo touchpads may be out since my video on it. My screen is 3 years old. Im not sponsored by anyone. I would do a transmission fluid drain and fill every 30k

What's the benefit to the screen over like the Grom Vline?
The grom line is just the 8in square and it adds carplay. It wont be able to add apps like obd fusion or youtube or netflix
Hey man I bought this screen a while ago and I had an android at that time, I remember the lady selling in online asked if I wanted the AppleCare play and I said no. Now I got an iPhone lol what do I need for it to have CarPlay thank you in advance brother
It should be able to do apple carplay from which ever unit you bought. There is suppose to be an app already installed that can support the carplay

It is a usb. Plug into one of the usb dongles coming from the screen

I use both. I plug the USB into oem usb port for the Lexus’s audio system but I have my usb cord connected to android screen to use the Carplay for music or anything from iphone

It isnt.
2 things I don't like! too small and too far. The design or position of the screen was to be away from the driver and to be controlled by the pad. Looks very distracting when using your fingers or arms to reach the screen. I rather to use my mini iPad to my right and right in front of me by inches.
This screen is controlled by the oem trackpad. I never needed to reach in to tap on things, its just for hasty video purposes.
