I so agree. Hand grinding builds muscle on one side so you’d walk around lopsided 🤪🤪🤪🤪🤪🤪
    Great job 👵🏻👩‍🌾❣️

I'm grateful to have this. It was much more work before.

I really enjoy your no nonsense approach to your life. It’s nice to see someone bringing if along in their journey verses someone recording just for views.
You might want to get a nice stainless steel bowl to catch it. Some of them are more shallow and wide.

Put some bread through once you’ve finished mincing. It will clean your gears at put all meat out. Whilst soaking up juices.

@@kyliemccarthy9442 It tears down so you can properly clean it.

Now that thing makes a Mc Roy'al. Schweet! So what is your setup for storing your meat long term? I mean how much solar for your freezers really.

If you run about 600w of Solar panels into 400ah of batteries, you should be able to keep a 7 cubic ft freezer running if you keep it full. If you had to, you could make jerky, store it in lard or can it and it would last years as well.

Where do you get the Vietnamese pot belly pigs, and the goats? One thing I like about your setup is how little space you need. Also, I can imagine that meat grinder would be very helpful to your shoulders. I was gonna grind my own flour, but I know I tore something somewhere in my shoulder and would rather grind my own flower with a motor than use a hand crank grinder.

That's why folks were using windmills or waterwheels to power flour grinders and other basic machines.

I'm confused about the red pin I have the same grinder so do you push the red circle in like the foam or do you break the bolt I gotta lot of meat cut up and need to get busy as you stated nothing's on it in the manual lol
