Levi, I really appreciate your passion for the ADU market.
I really wish I lived in the Los Angeles area or you lived in the San Diego area.
As a general contractor myself, I can see several ways in which we could help each other!
You could have put another cabinet around the refrigerator for more storage and some open shelving on the opposite wall behind the door. In the bathroom you could have installed countertop from the vanity to over the toilet.
The design is very nice. If I will be allowed to comment, It would be nicer if you put the washer dryer opening inside the bathroom and made the bathroom door a sliding door. The washer dryer being seen outside ruins the beauty of the unit.
Question, why did you go through the added expense of three headers and three windows instead of one big window?
Good layout for a 17x20
It’s a great unit. But I would have done the three windows in the front instead of side and done a longer higher window there instead. I think a side door would have better curb appeal from the street. Agree that maybe the washer dryer should go in the bathroom side with a pocket door. But owner could possibly do a bifold there to hide the ugly unit. What type of insulation is that?
Una pregunta hermano las medidas de un plano son las mismas que se llevan en la construcción se le tiene que reducir como lo del estacco

Do you work in riverside? I’m really interested
Where looking into building a unit on top of the garage. What lender do you recommend if we do not do a cash out? I will call you soon.
You can find a lender we recommend on our website: leviconstruction.com/adu-loan/
90K seems low when considering the increase in lumber and other material costs that most contractors are claiming
Keep in mind this built start before the pandemic and shortage on material, also owner was acting as owner builder
I think $90k is outrageously high for this project.
It is appointed for man to die once, and after that comes judgment

But God shows his love for us in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.

Do not be deceived: God is not mocked, for whatever one sows, that will he also reap.
Galatians 6:7 ESV
For if we go on sinning deliberately after receiving the knowledge of the truth, there no longer remains a sacrifice for sins
Hebrews 10:26 ESV
Enter by the narrow gate. For the gate is wide and the way is easy that leads to destruction, and those who enter by it are many.
For the gate is narrow and the way is hard that leads to life, and those who find it are few.
Matthew 7:13-14 ESV
What no eye has seen, nor ear heard, nor the heart of man imagined, what God has prepared for those who love him
