    ✍🏻INGREDIENTS:
    FOR DOUGH:
    * Wheat flour (गेहूं का आटा) - 1 cup
    * Semolina (सूजी/रवा) - 1/4 cup
    * Salt (नमक) - as per taste
    * Ghee (घी) - 1 tbsp
    * Water (पानी) - as required
    FOR FILLING:
    * Urad dal (उड़द दाल) - 2 tbsp
    * Chana Dal (चना दाल) - 1/4 cup
    * Garlic (लहसुन) - as per taste
    * Ginger (अदरक) - as per taste
    * Green chili (हरी मिर्च) - as per taste
    * Salt (नमक) - as per taste
    * Chili powder (मिर्च पाउडर) - little bit
    * Kashmiri red chili powder (कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च पाउडर) - little bit
    * Turmeric powder (हल्दी पाउडर) - little bit
    * Dry mango powder (अमचूर पाउडर) - 1 tbsp
    * Coriander powder (धनिया पाउडर) - 1 tbsp
    * Asafetida (हींग) - less then 1/2 tsp
    * Carrot (गाजर) - 1
    * Peas (मटर) - Some
    * Coriander leaves (धनिया पत्ती) - some
    * Oil (तेल) - 1 tbsp
    * White sesame seeds (सफेद तिल) - 1/2 tsp
    * Dry Red Chili (खड़ी लाल मिर्च) - 2
    * Curry leaves (करि पत्ता) - some
    * Asafetida (हींग) - 1/4 tsp
    * Water (पानी) - 2-2.5 cup
    𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐓𝐚𝐝𝐤𝐚:
    * Oil (तेल) - Some
    * Cumin (जीरा) - little bit
    * Mustard seeds (राइ/सरसों) - little bit
    * Green chili (हरी मिर्च) - some
    * Ginger (अदरक) - some
    * Curry Leaves (करी पत्ते) - some
    * Pav Bhaji/Sambhar/Maggie Masala - optional
    ✍🏻𝐑𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐩𝐞:
    𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐧𝐠, soak Urad Dal and Chana Dal for two hours. In a mixing jar add, soaked dal, Garlic, Ginger, Green Chilli, Salt, Red Chilli Powder, Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder, Dried Mango Powder, Coriander Powder, Asafetida/Hing, and Water. If required add Water and grind well. Then take it out into a bowl, add chopped Carrot, Peas and Coriander Leaves. Mix well and keep aside.
    𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐅𝐚𝐫𝐚, take a bowl and keep the strainer on it. Add sieved Wheat Flour, Semolina, Salt, and Ghee. Mix well and bind the dough by adding Water. Cover and keep for 10 minutes. Keep the pan for heating, add Mustard Oil, White Sesame Seeds, Dried Red Chilli, Curry Leaves, Asafetida and Water. Cover and let it boil. Then make dough balls and roll out the size of the poori. Keep stuffing in the middle, fold it like a gujiya, and close it as shown in the video. Similarly, prepare all the Fara by filling them. Put these Fara in the boiling water. Cover and cook the fara for 10-12 minutes. Then take them out and cut them into two or three pieces.
    𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐓𝐚𝐝𝐤𝐚, keep the pan for heating, add Oil, Cumin Seeds, Mustard Seeds, long chopped Green Chilli, Ginger, and Curry Leaves and let them crackle first. Add chopped Fara and fry them while stirring them occasionally. Sprinkle some Masala and garnish with Coriander Leaves. Serve them with Green Chutney, Sauce or Green Chilli and enjoy!
