How To Completely Accept Hair Loss Even If You Think You Can't - www.baldcafeway.com
Please note I bought this Braun Series 9 shaver myself and this is an independent first look review.
Welcome to my review of the Braun Series 9 electric shaver. Braun self label the series 9 as their Best Shaver. Recently Dwayne The Rock Johnson shared that he uses the Braun Series 9 for his head and face shaves and so it was finally time for me to test the Braun Series 9 out.
The Braun Series 9 seems to be the most expensive electric shaver on the market. It has recently had a price drop to around 200 pounds which seems more reasonable.
In this video I will be doing a detailed review of the Series 9 as follows.

Proud bald head here since my 20s. This channel has changed the way I view being bald. Keep up the good work. Bald and proud.
Awesome! Thank you!

@@Baldcafe do you have a video up of the Braun series 9 vs. the brio zero blade? I don't know which one to get, I want an electric one to hit it quick a few times a week. Thanks!
Anyone?
I thought people like Dwayne Johnson, Vin Deisel or Jason Statham, being considered by women as "sexy" would change the way you view being bald.
This channel helped me out with going bald at 22 yrs old. I was in the bathroom contemplating if i should shave my head for like 2 hrs. This channel gave me the confidence i needed 100% and im super grateful for this channel. You help a lot of men.
Welcome to the bald club buddy
@@r.casagrande8689 you mean cafe 😁😁
Nice one man. I am 21 and, while I am not balding (yet), I still choose to shave my whole head bald because I love the cleanliness and ease of maintenance. Keep going strong.
My decision to go bald was shorter then yours, got sick of picking my afro then a week ago BAM! in the bald shaving all my shi till i became the nigga bald man!👨🏿🦲

I remember my father called me crazy spending so much for a shaver. I lended my shaver out to him one time and a week later he bought the same one. Been using it for over 5 years now and I can’t live without it anymore.
😂he bought the same one 😂 I just bought mine because I shave every other day and my dad “do whatever, it’s wasting money” I want to see his reaction 😂
How oftem do you need to change the inside razor or head? I wonder how is maintenance on this electric trimmer
Your hair is way too long for foil shavers. I’m a barber 💈 and foil shavers are used when your hair is 1 to 2 days growth from bald 👨🏻🦲. Use your Wahl Balding clipper first, then use the Braun for best results. The fact that it cut your hair at this length shows how good the Braun is. Great video though!! This product is amazing for people with sensitive skin and shave their head everyday or every other day. I’d love to see you test out the brand new Babyliss FX3 Ferrari foil shaver.
I'm from Argentina, and thanks to your videos I was able to accept the fact that I was going bald and encourage myself to shave my head. Thanks!
Wow, i just bought one like a week ago and was afraid it was not going to work like my walh. You just made my girlfriend super happy that we got a good head shaver and not a waste of money. Ive been shaving my head since 1995 and still looking for the best head shaver. 😊
I bought this shaver after your review. I used it to shave my head for the first time recently. It is an excellent shaver. I do recommend using it dry as it provides a super close shave.
Thanks mate! I was looking forward to you reviewing the Braun Series 9.
I'm currently using my older Series 5 for head shaves, but it doesn't cut nearly as fast. I tried razor shaving, but it doesn't work too well with little imperfections or moles on my head.
The main man at it again! 🤝 - Keep up the good work mate!
I use my old Braun Pulsonic series 7 and it’s a champ. Doesn’t beat my Leaf, but it’s great. I need to upgrade to the series 9 at some point but my series 7 is awesome. Braun says to replace the blades every 18 months and honestly mine have lasted a lot longer than that. And I shave my head daily. Also, quick tip, put the plastic cover back on the cleaning cartridge and it’ll prevent the fluid from evaporating between cleanings.
As a bald dude who enjoys shaving his head this is a great vid. All your videos are Great Harry. Keep on the good work!
Honestly this is a luxury product..It makes shaving fun, instead of a daily chore.
The price is high but definitely worth it if you can afford it. Quality bit of kit.
How long does it take you to shave your head?
I love these reviews you do. Please keep them coming, brother.🙏
Thank you 👍
Thanks for the review! I just bought a Series 9 Sport last month at Costco on sale for $160 after having used a friends Series 9 pro. Love it and it's so much easier on my face since my skin is sensitive to blades. I rinse the razor after every use and the cleaning dock once a week. I think you'll get more use from the cleaning cartridge by pre rinsing your razor (keeps most of the hairs out of the cartridge) and putting the cap back on so it doesn't evaporate. Haven't stepped up yet to try in on my head
I sincerely appreciate your honesty. Thank you so much for keeping us informed and helping us make a better choice. Greetings from Mexico 🤟🏻👨🏼🦲
You're my favorite youtuber! you don't blabber nonsense and seek attention \m/ Thanks to you, i'm embracing bald look now. I was ashamed earlier and was stressing balding for years... started balding at 20 and now i'm 24 and shaving every other day.
Sick of going to the barbers so bought my first ever shaver. Braun Series 5 ( model 5140 - great price point ), was really hesitant and had to wait a couple of days before deciding to go for it. Wow! am super impressed honestly after using. Really clean and smooth shave, no irritation whatsoever ( dry shave ). Very easy instructions with handling/cleaning and replaceable head cartridge are priced affordably.
Going to the barbers is a waste of money
Would you still recommend?
Hi! First things first. Thanks for the great videos! Really helpful stuff!. Wanted yo change from trimming to a closer cut, but dont want to go for shaving. Initially I thought buying a Braun Series 9 (thanks for the review video, by the way!) but seems too close to shaving. Another option you may recommend? Thanks!!!
Appreciate the video! Just went out and bought one for myself because of this video!
Great to see another video man. I’ve just reconnected with this channel and I’m loving it.
Glad you enjoy it! Thanks for watching and welcome 🤝
Thanks for the review! I've tried pretty much every device (electric or manual blades) available that you could shave your head with and Braun shavers have always produced the best results. Blades, even safety razors, take forever and give me irritation and clippers just don't cut close enough. Braun shavers (I've used s3, s7, and s9) are my absolute go-to. Cheers!
just curious, but why not just use those hair removing gels? no more cutting for like 4 weeks
What about Philips, any good ?
@@blankblank2345 they stink and are harsh on your skin
Hi man thanks for all your videos i find them very helpful !
Just want to ask if there shaver is better then pitbull platinum pro ?
I m looking for the best shaver to shave my head
Thank you in advance for any replay
Great review as always !! Did you have any razor bumps or redness the next day ?? . Many thanks
Yeah, that sucker is pretty loud. Mine came in last night and I wasn’t expecting a $300 shaver to be so loud. I honestly don’t mind it being made out of plastic. It feels surprisingly good despite that fact. I bought this to replace my cartridge razor. It did a good job around my cheeks and parts of my neck. It definitely had a hard time getting those tricky spots which I had to clean up with a razor. I’m happy with it after the first use which was wet. I think next time I’m going to shaving with my face dry to see if it will get those tricky spots better.
Thank you for making this video. 🙏
Hi mate! Thanks for the great review video. Ermm what camera and the audio microphone called you are using to record this video if you don't mind asking please?
shaving my head today! thanks for the inspiration to finally do it
Good video, thank you. It'll helped me for a fast starting for sure! , I'm just waiting one from Amazon 👍 Happy new year from Spain!
Harry, is it as good as the Phillips Oneblade?...
I have one and it’s the best shaver I’ve ever had it’s incredible thank you for the video
This is the best review i have seen about this shaver, you talked about the maintenence, prices and show how it works, really nice review.
I appreciate that!
i would like to thank you Harry i started thinning out in my early 20s and your Channel has really helped me Understand their is more Important things in life then Hair and some Men have no choice but to accept their going bald and it comes from God and you have to just try and be happy what you have got plus their is loads of Beard styles you can do since we have no hair that it always a good thing to look forward too.
Great work man, thanks. I'll stick with the Surkers but really enjoyed that in-depth look.
Better than the remington rx5 you reviewed pal? I am using that at the moment. Love it to be honest and if that packs in at £50 could see me buying another.. Or should I pay more for this??
Harry,
Thank you for this video. I always wondered how the Braun Series 9 fared for the price.
Best clipper by far for me is the Babyliss Pro super motor skeleton, I haven't even zero gapped it yet and it cuts super short, you should review it.
Really enjoyed the video! You should do more videos on reviewing other foil shavers!
Hi Harry, can this be used in the shower? How did you find the excess hair going everywhere? I've used Remington rx8 which was good due to the vacuum for mess but went through 2 products in 3 months and steering away
I have had the Braun Series 9 for a couple of years and it is an excellent shaver. Only used it on my face until a few months ago. But gosh it does a pretty dang good job on the head too. Couldn’t ask for much better without doing a wet shave. Also, if you just do a quick pass everyday you’ll get really good at using it and it won’t take long at all.
Daily is way better and faster
Do you have a better one now and if yes, which one
@@arnoldbarnold2047 I haven’t shaved my head in some time now. I still love using it on my face though. It works excellent on the face.. no problems. On my neck it takes quite a few more passes for some reason.. maybe because Neck skin is a little looser maybe it can’t get as clean of a pass. Still works though the neck just takes some extra attention.
Any cuts when shaving your head? I'm getting tired of razors
@@uknowjoe1 No cuts. It honestly is a good options in my opinion. I do have a good sized mole on the back of my head I have to be careful around.. not sure if it would actually cut it or not but I am careful around it. Using a razor like the Braun will kind of strip the moisture from your head a bit similar to a blade razor but nothing a bit of balm or something cant fix. There also might be an updated version of this Braun now as I've had mine for maybe 5 years now.
So I just got one of these a few days ago and so far this thing is amazing. Like you said, on the top of my head it feels like it's as close as a stick razor. On the sides though, it feels a little rough but there is no stubble visible. It cost me about $300 US, but I think it's totally worth it. The razor is pretty loud but there are a bunch of blades working in that little thing. And the cleaning/charging station is so handy, but it's loud in its own way. It turns on the razor to clean it, except the sound is a little muffled because it has the liquid flowing through it. I would totally buy it again. If you can come up off the money, it's really worth it. No other electric razor gets as close or is as convenient with the little cleaning/charging station as the Series 9 is.
Agree with your points totally 👍
Hey man! thx for doing this review video. My current electric shaver stopped working, and now i'm having trouble finding one that can shave my thick facial hair, kinda reminded me of your facial hair a bit, except mine is jet black and even thicker. The problem is the other shavers i've used get stuck and turn off when they reach my facial hair, i'm desperately searching for a new electric shaver that can cut through my rough facial hair without pulling at the hair/being uncomfortable, i would dry shave btw, since u mention here with the braun its tugging at it uncomfortably. I wanna ask, which would u recommend me plz?
Hello mate. Thanks for the video. A question if I may? What is the name of the second electric razor you used to finish off your face properly with? I really need a device to keep my facial hair down to about 3-6mm in length and that device looked like it might work? I have been looking for ages. Many thanks.
Awesome content - more of these please!!
Buy it.
This channel made me comfortable with shaving my head but that isn’t why you should buy this product. I started with the Wahl Balding clippers. Great product, however if you are shaving when you are first waking up, or in a hurry you will get badly knicked by the clippers. In addition the clippers are heavy. I love the long chord but it often gets in the way when you’re trying to maneuver them around your ears.
I moved onto the pitbull gold pro. Those were okay. You have to keep them at max charge for the best shave because the power fades fast. They also didn’t get as close as the balding clippers. I also felt like I had to replace the blades more often than the manufacturer suggested because they felt like they dulled quickly.
Next I tried the old Gillette fusion pro glide I used in HS to shave my face. It worked and felt great. The shave was really close, easily the closest I’ve had and therefore the best. However, “bad” cartridges were common. I got cut up no matter how slow I went because the blades weren’t sharpened properly at the factory. The razor offers a close shave but again if you don’t go super slow even with good cartridges you’ll get cut up. I was also more prone to irritation and razor burn with the Gillette than the other products mentioned, even after trying other shave gels and after shave lotions.
The series 9 is expensive, especially during this recession. But it provides a massive quality of life improvement. No mess, no hair everywhere. It provides a shave almost as close as the Gillette for me. While not as close as the Gillette, the shave it provides leaves my scalp feeling super smooth. I love how easy it is to use and I can go over my head with it quickly without getting cuts, razor burn or other irritation. I don’t have to use shaving cream and clean up is minimal. Blow the pieces clean toss in the base station press a button and it’s ready for tomorrow. Well worth the price if you can manage. Again I owe this channel gratitude for the confidence it gave me years ago to do the first shave, and now for this great product.
Very good review. Thanks. I just purchased the Braun Series 9 Pro.
Thanks for the review, made my mind to just go with the leaf razor.
I have been using this 9th series for more than year and I can say that it's the best thing I have tried! I was tired of buying razors, foams and shaving my face every three days. Bought this lovely Braun and forgot about those things. The one negative remark if you sweat during shaving your head it will start irritating the skin..
How often do you use it on your head?
@@jbanerje14 I'm shaving my head each 3-4 days, but not trying to grow longer hair because after it's harder to shave with Braun, needs more efforts than short hair.
Well on course to that 100k subscribers 💯
Has been a big goal 🤝 Thanks for the support
Bought one today after shaving my head for 15 years. What a shaver. Incredible head shave. Ploughed through 4 days of growth. Little note - it does come with some charge but it won't power up for the first time until it's been connected to the charger. Might be the best gift I've ever bought for myself.
Great Braun real head shave and face shave promo and video!
I have the same one, its just loud LOL Works like the champ now I've had it for about a year.
This is by far and away the best head shaver period. Worth every penny!
True especially if used daily it provides a razor shave
This will be my next buy,,, I use Babyliss Pro Foil Shaver to keep ontop of my bald dome every 2 days it works fine... To many soppy people giving negative reviews on amazon about this,, it did your head fine and that's good enough for me 👌🏾
There are a lot of remarks about cleaning the razor. I've used the S5 for decades. I start under my nose and then use a sprayer bottle with 70% isopropyl alcohol to lubricate the blades. Do not breath the isopropyl as this is dangerous. Any liquid will help lube the blades and give a closer shave. The alcohol kills bacteria and dissolves oils so this makes rinse cleaning the shave head a snap under the water faucet when you're done. The blades last much longer and work better. Use a moisturizer after shaving with a sunscreen if you're smart. I do not ever push the head into my skin as this is what results in the foil failing. When that happens you need a new one right then and there. It also hurts when the super thin metal catches and cuts into your face. After shaving I simply rinse the blades under the faucet and let them air dry. Failing to keep the razor germ free will eventually result in skin problems as will as the performance dropping noticeably. As the blades get worn they still will get the job done but they take a lot more passes to do it. When the shaving takes too long get a new blade and foil. Save the old foil just because it is still good and you may well need it one day. I usually shave with the cord in. I have never needed to replace the batteries and they last a few weeks on vacation trips without a problem. If I used it cordless all the time the cycles would have done them in years ago. Great razor and lasts forever once you figure out how to use it to not stress the foil into failure and keep it clean. I am curious now about the top end model, so why not get one? PS: I tried Norelco many years ago and it didn't work for me. Remington was a non starter back then too. Gillette blades are designed to dull fast so they get a thumbs down, but you need blades too for some spots and have them in the drawer. Women's blades (venus) cut you less and are just as sharp. They will not get in close to your nose though because the blades do not go far enough to the side ends of the cartridge. Good luck shaving. If I could get the damn thing lasered off for good I sure would. Otherwise this is the best alternative going.
U did a damn great job 👏! Well done man
Awesome review and much needed considering the price! Are use the Remington cordless barber clippers for 20 quid, they are awesome I would love for you to review them!?
With an eletric shaver you need to give at least two weeks of usage in order for it to feel good at the face. Once your skin adapts, you never feel the need of razor again...i use a razor once in a while just to remember the feeling of the cream and the way the cut feels but eletric is now the right way to go :P I dont need to shave my head but I do it once in a while to change style and motivate my Dad who has lost his hair to keep his shaved and your channel is a great source of information and inspiration! Keep it going! Cheers from Portugal
It never occurred to me to use my Braun 9 on top of my head too.
I went ahead and tried this out and had similar results. I got a closer shave with less irritation that I do with my pitbull skullshaver. This shaver did a much better job at the back than my skullshaver, I suspect because the blades fit better in the creases at the back of my head. This shaver struggles with longer hair but for some reason it also struggles with neck hairs, I think because neck hair doesn't stand up like the rest of the beard.
I got the series 9 pro yesterday for my head. It shaves great and very fast but I was surprised with the mess it made.
I had cut hairs all around me. Shouldn't it collect all the cut hair? Is this expected behavior?
Hey man, i like all the videos. I just got the gromie baldie pro. Have u tried that one yet? Let me know.
What a mad bit of kit 👏🏼👏🏼🔥
I bought the Braun Series 9 and made this review to help anyone out there thinking of buying this shaver make a more informed decision before spending a considerable amount of money. I hope it helps 👍

daayum u r lucker no ingrow hairs like me.. cant even get clean bald shave coz of razor bumps..
I had one to shave my beard, the grill breaks easily in few months making it impossible to use (it's sharp and may hurt you). I complained with Braum, they made a 60eur reimboursement, I bought another head and it broke again after 2 months. I gave up on eletric shavers and now I'm a happy merkur safety razor user.
@@wallet01 Sounds crazy, but try using hair conditioner instead of cream/foam. Seen this method used another channel and it appears to work really well.
How would you compare this to the Skullshaver and those types of shavers?
I'm quite impressed that it cuts/shaves even that long hair. Normally electric shavers were made for the daily face shave. So it usually just shaves/cuts, or is designed to just catch the stubbles. This one basically works like a hair clipper. Good work by Braun!
I got one of these without the charging station. You can clean it with hand soap in the sink also.
I don't use it now. But I agree this machine is awesome. But somewhat expensive to maintain.
I have thick hair, and I needed to shave every day, so my head got very sensitive.
I shave my head with a safty-razor now. 👍
But I should probably switch to a BALD Leaf Shave Razor?
Would be awesome to see a review on the babyliss pro foil shaver fx02! Heard some good things about it and it’s often compared to the series 9:) keep up the good work! // huge fan of yours from Sweden
Hello need some advice, so I have a receding hair line, still plenty round sides back and ontop. Prefer to keep it as short as possible. Have tried most ways. Best obviously is a wet shave with a razor, currently use a mach 3 cartridge razor which I find the blades just blunt up far too quick. Have used a safety razor before but found it far too tedious and want something quicker. Also have the wahl balding clippers but they just don't go as short as I want it now. This is the first time I've considered an electric razor. Would this braun series 9 be the best one for me. Have seen the skull pitbull gold also. Any help appreciated
Been slowly losing my hair since my 20’s like most people. I was always nervous about losing my hair straight down the middle and that’s exactly what happened. It wasn’t bad enough I was losing my hair but it had to go in the most ridiculous way. I’m not that self conscious about it anymore but when editing some of my videos I’m noticing it’s mostly gone on top so I’ve been looking around at options to shave it all off. Been buzzing it for quite a few years so it’s not a huge jump but I think it might be time to make it. That shaver looks like a president nice option.
Cheers Harry great review!
Is this the one you saw the rock use in a previous vid?
Yeah the same one 👍 thanks for watching mate
The Braun has a "straight" clipper, found on the backside of the shaver, for cutting longer whiskers and shaping sideburns, mustaches and goatees. This eliminates the need for additional clippers.
Good reviews and tips. Good quality device. Anyway, for the face as for the head, if one prefers simplicity/minimalism, a good 4/5 blades razor + a conditioner, remains the best and cheapest way to do it, in my opinion
Is it safe to use a pre shave powder with these shavers ? I just got mine in and I didn't want to ruin it but I feel it needs less friction when dry shaving. I don't plan on ever wet shaving.
i must admit im loving this braun, i go over my head every morning while browsing youtube, (no mirror required) a bbs smooth dome daily, without any fuss, no mess (no itching hair down the back), no cuts, no irritation, quick tap on the sink of the cartridge, quick brush of the shaver.(you dont have to but the cleaning solution will last longer) then drop it in the clean and renew for a lemon clean shave the day after, and it smells amazing, and its like having a new shaver daily. total luxury, I'm going to do a review myself, after a couple of months usage!
It’s the best head shaver easily
I gotta get this
Do you get any razor bumps from using this ? I use a skull shaver but it's not always a great shave .
@@boston961 Hi James, I have had one on the back of my neck, or it could of just been a random spot, (i think i've been pressing too hard) but my neck is very sensitive, I'm doing it daily with very little irritation, defiantly less then a razor ! . I Love it mate, bbs dome daily.
i was using a 3 circle phillishave in the past, which used to kill me.
Question after using this item do you use rubbing alcohol or aftershave to prevent razor bumps
I just like every video before watching because I know I won’t be disappointed 🙂
Great content bro! I wanna know your take on Wahl 5-star Finalé… thanks a lot👍🏻
Looks pretty good. Dont know if id spend a couple hundo on it as I use a Wahl foil on my face n head, if i dont use a straight razor n cream.
Thanks for the review and kind regards from Spain
Saw that you were using the 9390cc kind. Any particular reason you got this one over the other types. I saw that they have several different kinds including: 9465cc, 9477cc, 9370cc and many others, but all being the series 9 pro. Any advice on how to choose.
What do you think about the following ; Braun 7/9 series, panasonic arc 5/6, wahl finale foil shaver, babyliss foil shaver, gamma plus foil shavers ? (Maybe theres some other good ones out there I duno. Perhaps a video topic )
I use the braun series 7 now to shave my head daily, it's great. Extremely comfortable. Jw how these other foil shavers out there are. Thanks
Can you do a video on the braun series 9 vs the panasonic arc 5? I got the braun series 7 and really like it. Been using it for years. Wondering how the panasonic is. I'm a big fan of braun due to their quality, comfort of shave, and closeness. The series 7 I have works great, but wondering if there is anything better out there since I use this almost every day.
I love ur video. Just wanna know which one is better for head shaving, series 9 or 7?
BTW u just got a new subscriber 👍.
9 is great, haven’t tried the 7. I think I might do a review of them all.
Bo electric razor I've been using gillette for about years recently switched to the safety razor about a month ago to save on waste wish I would have done it earlier such a game changer
i came in this video after i decided to get me a new braun shaver. i got ma first braun shaver at 18 years old. Actually a gift from ma dad when i first went to university. i am 38 now and the braun just stop working. I think 20 years are ok. Instead ma brother optid for the phillips ones with the 3 circle things... he changed like 4 at the time i used only 1 Braun. About the video nice job and helped me to see the shaver it self... Now about u ,it looks like u never had a shaver before... they all sound like that they are machines they suppose to sound that... and second every few passes open the clip and remove the hair bro.. its not a dust bin that can take kilos.... its just a tiny space u shaved a whole head how u expected all the hair to be inside... Anyways this is the best Shaving blade ever made. u will have it for 20 years... atleast mine lasted for so much. hope the new one series 9 i am ordering now on Gold color will stay alive for another 20.... happy shaving to all
Did you, by any chance, got arazor bump shaving with this? I've been using oneblade to shave my head and it went just fine until I started to got razor bump on the back of my head. Now I'm considering to get new equipment because of it.
Do you prefer the braun series 9. Or the Remington X5?
I use electric razors they work good. I’m on finastride and other stuff I’m 24 years old. Going on 25 Harry what point did you just give up on male pattern baldness. Should I take finastride my dr said just watch out for side affects let me know Harry
Perfect review for a baldie like me. Thank you.
I bought the remington rx5, mostly because i got cheap and didnt want to cash out over 200 euro for a headshaver. How would you compare the series 9 to the remington? I think the remington does a decent job but i mostly use it to trim down the hair before i shave with a razor.
From your experience, which model would you recommend and why, the Braun Series 9 pro or the Remington RX5/RX7 ? Thanks in advance and congratulations for your channel! Great content! You have a new subscriber here.
They both give a very similar end result but I think the Braun gets it done a little quicker and more comfortably also the replacement heads for changing between 6-12 months are easily found. So the Braun is best but the RX7 is a good more budget friendly option. 👍
Doesnt seem that much faster than I how long I need for my wet shave, and I really want the babybutt-finish. Just had the chance to pick up the leaf in Germany, curious how that will perform compared to my Mühle double edge razor : )
Hey hey, quick question hope u answer. Luv the video n advice...I use a Gillette fusion 5, go against the grain n always left with the dreaded horse shoe shadow....please advise...wanna be completely n utterly shiny bald....hellllllpppppp..no horse shoe
I've never paid over £35 for any clippers and always had a good trim. I get many in sales and would recommend most budget ranges. Most have a 1 hour charge core or cordless. I liked the review and this isn't a negative response to the video, just advice.
So we'll made you can actually dismantle and repair them with parts available from amazon/Braun. Great quality.
Oh damn that looks very satisfying
I've had this for about 2 or three years. love it for my head. I never use an electric for my face
I'm in the same boat I love electrics for my head but I don't like using any of them on my face
You convinced me to buy
I have been contemplating shaving my head this channel gave me the confidence to go ahead and do it I'm very glad that I did should saving a lot of money on shampoo Gonna be Kratos for Halloween
You honestly don’t even need to wash your head if you shave daily with an electric razor
hello quick question what is better for the head shaving Braun series 9 pro or the new panasonic Arc 6 has someone already tried it?
I got one of those brands but I can't figure out how to shave my legs or face with with it properly. Do you have to press it down hard for it to actually shave anything?
Thanks for your vidéo. From France
I just bought series 9 pro, just wow, best shaver I ever had. I tried everything, nothing comes closer. Best decision ever, a bit expensive, but in the long run is the best.
YES SIR! Just bought it last month and truly a game changer. Insane how much easier, faster and better it is compared to any other shaver.
I love my series 9. I’ve had it for nearly 5 months using it to shave my head every other day. The indicator for the head is still on 5/5 so it’ll last a lot longer than 8 months. Longer than the 18 months Braun recommend I reckon.
Tip: clean the excess out of the head before using the cleaning station and take the cartridge out of the station and put the plastic lid back on after. I got 3 months out of my first one. £5 each over 3 months isn’t bad... and £40 over 18 months for the head. Cheaper than wet shaving.
What indicator for the head ?
@@thedon2005 when you’ve used the series 9 and switch it off it has a 5 unit bar (same as the battery) that shows the life of the head. Starts with a full 5 and gradually reduces as the life of the head degrades. Then when it’s fully gone you change the head as said in the video. £40 over 18 months is £2.20 odd per month. Then a cleaning cartridge works out at about £1.60 per month. So I’m reality it costs less that £4 per month to fully maintain and clean. Your shaver is literally as new after the cleaning cycle.
@@boriswindsor-lockhorne2449 Oh, I understand. I think I have the older series 9 model, it doesn’t have a 5 unit bar that’s shows the life of the head. It only shows the battery life.
@@thedon2005 yeah this one is from just before Christmas so maybe updated. Love the shaver tho.
@@boriswindsor-lockhorne2449 what model do you have?
