- In this video, I talk about a new way I am testing the suction on vacuum cleaners. It's called an unsealed suction test, or a "usable suction" test, and I put about 46 of my vacuums and cordless vacuums through it.

It is because of videos like this that I haven't regretted canceling cable even once. Outstanding work. Please keep it up.
Thanks so much.
@@VacuumWars what is that air tester you have called?
Cancelled cable back in 2008. There was times that I kinda wanted it back. But when you pay $100 a month and only watch 10 of those 140 channels...it's frustrating. If they could give me just that channel tier we watched, that would be different.
I've heard half the price of cable is to provide sports channels, which my family never watches.
@@javaman2883 true!
I wonder how this test would work if the hole was under a layer of med-pile carpet...
Wow, very detailed. That must have taken a lot of work to put together. Well done!
Thanks. It feels good to have it done!
These super technical videos are the reason I watch this channel. You also got me into being somewhat of a vacuum nerd which I didn't think was possible lol thanks for your videos vacuumwars!
That is awesome! Thank you!
Fantastic Video. You are the only CZcamsr i found who has standardized tests to compare suction, carpet cleaning performance, hepa filter, etc . I love that!
Thank you!
VERY well done review Chris. I can’t say how much of a great vacuum reviewer you are, I don’t know why but I love vacuums, and especially when I get to see one of your videos comparing all the specs and stuff.
Maybe you should add a cost per point into the equation, since Lupe is massively more expensive.
The Lupe would still crush all the competition if you make them comparable in usefulness (so debris holes not closed on Dyson and Sanitaire Tradition not dropped so low that it can't pick up bigger debris). That leaves the LG CordZero A9 Soft in 2nd position with less than half the useful suction and only about 25% cheaper... Stats don't lie! :P
It is not massively expensive for example is the same price with Dyson top cordless vacuum, even Dyson newer models are more expensive, we have looked for a new vacuum cleaner for some time now and find that Lupe has all that the other cordless have combined in one vacuum cleaner and in addition (you might think design does not matter) upright design is better. Doesn't put to much weight on your hand, better to reach difficult to reach pleases. We all ready try it in action as our friends have it and is amazing, it blows Dyson away.
I hope that's helps.
It's actually not. The most expensive cordless vacuum model from Dyson is $970, the cheapest model is $400 and the average price is $600, which is equivalent to the cost of a Lupe. Since the Lupe is much more powerful than all of Dyson's cordless models, $600 is a pretty good deal, especially when you take into consideration the battery life, dual cleaning head, size of the debris canister, and the fact that you can purchase replacement parts individually as opposed to buying a brand new unit since it's design for longevity. Traditional cordless vacuums are not that great, especially the non-premium models from major brands that you can find in regular department stores. In my opinion, it's kind of pointless to get a cordless vacuum unless you purchase a premium model that's at least $300+.
Just received my vertx it soaked up two months of hair and filling the bin twice! Super quiet and my first premium vacuum
It's a good one! I'm glad you're happy with it.
Corded or cordless? I just got hardwood floors and need something to clean hardwood, i have no carpeting. Let me know, please!
@@Nenezilla I just got the corded vertex as well and it is amazing on my hardwood floors it literally polishes them and makes them all look perfect and shiny. Never seen anything like it.
@@Nenezilla I have all hard wood floors and the setting polished these raggedy floors my father in law has and super cleaned are dirty pet rug and I love it. Super quiet and the roller is super soft
Thank you both!!!!
Chris! This was outstanding work! Man you are crushing it with your videos. So interesting, and love that you are giving us vacuum nerds exactly want we crave! Thank you!!!
Awesome! Thank you!
This is great. Always evolving and refining is the best way to ensure accurate and awesome test results. Thanks! Love the video!
Thank you, and thank you for watching too.
Wow, this is really cool. I'd love to see a similar test on corded vacuums
This really makes sense! Very good decision to alter / upgrade the testing procedure this way!
I'm not a nerd and not particularly at math/science but u explained this really well!! It shows the so thought out and thorough, we very much appreciate it
Thanks!
I wonder where the best tradeoff between suction and airflow is? After all, suction is inverse to how much air you're actually moving and you do need air moving through your vacuum or heavy particles like sand just won't get lifted up the hose and there's even a chance the motor might overheat.
Wow , you are my hero , that is amazing scientific testing. Thank you for all that hard work
Thank you!
Hey thanks for doing this test! It really shows the suction power at the head!
You are welcome!
I just wanna say this was by far the best review !!!!! Just purchased my Lupe
Thanks! I hope you enjoy it!
I don’t know much about vacuums performance, but I feel like it’s a lot like car performance, simply put, big engine don’t mean fast car.
Absolutely addicted to this channel! Who would have ever thought that vacuums could be so entertaining. Great job! I absolutely love the Vertex upright for carpet, I want to get the Vertex ultralight but can't decide between corded or cordless, it will be mostly be used on hardwood. Any suggestions?
Glad you enjoy it! If you already have that upright, Id say go for the cordless.
This is great, thank you. I’m done with Shark. We’ve just had our third one die in under two years. Our previous model, the Apex, had the head die inexplicably one day, and we replaced it with the Vertex. We’ve had the Vertex for about three months now. We use our vacuum almost every day, granted, but this has gotten ridiculous. Gonna go with a Dyson V11 Outsize. This video really helped me make up my mind.
Any chance you'll review the "recent" cordless Miele vacuums? They make decent normal ones so wondering how their handheld ones compare.
There’s a chance!
@@VacuumWars :) I look forward to this. I've seen some positive reviews but I trust your tests.
Yes please
Had the Lupe vacuum for a little over a month now (was sold on it from a previous video on this channel). The suction is very strong on normal mode and creates a noticeable amount of resistance when you try to push along on carpet. Build quality is amazing and the front "soft" roller is amazing at pulling in larger debris. Customer service is excellent as well. I had some weird issues with my battery and they sent me out a new one free of charge.
Thanks for sharing!
Hi,
How is it performing a year later, and how loud is it actually?
I'm eyeing one right now, but am still kind of looking around for other options to compare. Vacuum wars, although his excellent reviews, didn't really cover the Lupe in his later video's so I'm looking for any kind of information I can find :)
That was rude, they could have charged it for you before they sent it to you
Holy crap that’s awesome! Now I want a Lupe even more but I’m still loving my Dyson v10
Thank you!
Love this channel. Another great video
Much appreciated!
That is amazing testing method! I would like to see more vacuums tested with it👍
Thank you!
Bought the Lupe through your link with the £200 discount. Many thanks for the very helpful info!
Glad I could help!
Appreciate your eye for the details. Awesome work 👍👍🙏
Thank you!
Shark's anti hair brush thing is amazing though. It works really well, even on long hairs. I always hated cleaning the hair out of our old Dyson.
I one hundred percent agree. I have two sharks right now. Both duo clean. My only issue with them is that I’ve had to replace the plastic cover over the drive side of the front roller several times. Being a K9 handler and vacuuming all kinds of rooms has definitely revealed the weaknesses of the vacuums I use. I just suck it up and keep buying parts when I need them because the duo clean heads clean my kennels better than any other.
Watching this because I’m on the hunt for a new vac! I have Berber and laminate floors so I need a good multi surface unit.
I watched so many videos on which cordless vac was the best for me and ended up with the Dyson v11. This literally changed EVERYTHING now 😂😂. If only this was available a year ago. 😂
Wow I. Am ten and love ur vids they inspire me so much thank you for giving me hopes for my vacuuming company!
Good luck!! Thank you for watching!
Damn it, who knew I’m a vacuum nerd!!!
Really appreciate your work! Very educated, must subscribe your Chanel! Really helps people to pick the right vacuum. even I am still debating, but your tests lead me from no idea to sort out couple options. Just realized the chart of “useable suction test” on 4:25, mid row there are two line of “Dyson V11 torque Open” results. Not trying to be picky and ugly, but just want get verified. Again! Thank you very much!
This is why I love this channel, good testing like this. 1 thing to note too with this test is I think the size of the cleaner head will effect the results. For example the Sharks with Duo Cleans would be worse because they have a bigger head area. Its basically a bigger area to maintain suction in.
I didn't really notice that being a concern. It is true that the suction was much weaker the further from the place in the head where the hose was, but as long as you were on the hose it didn't matter. Many Dyson cordless heads are smaller than the LUPE for example.
Got the Shark Vertex Zero M a couple weeks ago after sending back my Dyson V11 Animal and deciding stick vacuums aren’t worth it for my mostly-carpet 3000sqft house.
Very very pleased with it. It’s heavier, but I also feel like they substantially improved the quality of their vacuums in the last several years. It’s leaps better than my parents’ new-ish Navigator they bought in 2017, after I recommended it because I liked my Navigator from probably 2009-2011 (hand-me-down from a relative so I’m not entirely sure of it’s age).
It truly does not struggle with hair. My son ripping elastic out of his socks to use as makeshift spiderwebs for his Spider-Man action figures to swing on, however, are another story 🤣 those wrapped around the front brush head so badly I had to use a pointy knife to dig them out. But it only took a few minutes and I loved that I could pop that front roller out of the head to clean just the roller and not have the entire vacuum head in my lap, so I still love this thing very much.
Thanks for nerding out to help people make informed decisions on expensive appliances.
Get Cental, will never be unhappy
Thanks! Wish you could review vacuum brands like panasonic, sharp, sony and etc.
Love my Sebo Felix, fantastic vacuum.
Good information. Thank you for sharing
I would love to see a 2023 video using this method !
Love the great content you share with us all.Can i ask why there hasnt been a bosch review at all? I hear good things about the athlet unlimited. Thanks again.
Love your reviews! Can you tell us more about filter maintenance and replacement intervals? I'm specifically interested in the Lupe and the Shark Vertex.
My Dyson V-14 Animal is fading after 15 years of abuse, including shop vac and dust collector duty. Hoping to get similar performance from my next machine.
Nice test, would have like to have seen our Dyson V6 on the list but it's pretty old now!
Great video! I really want the shark vertex upright vacuum for pet hair in my house. But I’ve heard you say it’s not good for carpets? I have about 50/50 in my house. Would you still recommend! Thanks for being awesome
This makes a lot of sense to measure the overall efficacy of the vacuum cleaners! I have seen the Tineco A11 0:27 on the table, but not in the results. Have you not tested its usable suction or did you not put it on the list? Just curious, because that's the vacuum I bought a few months back (after watching your review)
Great new test again, thanks!
This looks good for suction on non-carpet. You can add carpet on top of this system to get low pile, medium pile and high pile carpet. Currently, this is really only usefull for suction on hardwood floor.
I was going to return my lupe but decided to keep it the other day, the way it cant vacuum under low-ish furniture kinda irritates me, so i break out the cordless vertex for that, lol, now im even more glad I kept the lupe, thanks!!!! keep up the good work!
Have you tried making it almost horizontal? The hose at the head can be stiff but it can go under all my furniture except my sofas that are 4 inches off the ground and even then if I put the footrest up I can get to the back.
I know the tests say it's good but boy it doesn't feel it on anything but high. Wondering if I should've gone with a corded upright or stick.
@@chrisah1 check out the review that vacuum facts does on it, he is heavily biased I think, but still it doesnt bode well for the lupe, because what he says is true much of the time
Great job! Could you test more vacuums the same way you did here? At least those you reviewed before (ex. roidmi, Miele) and put numbers as a table on your website. This statistics would definitely help! Thanks)
The Lupe being the #1 Wasn't a surprise because of the great seal in the floor head.
I value the way you run the test so much. I’m curious where the Miele triflex sits in your test
Hello I love your reviews! Thank you so much! I have been looking for the best #1 Hepa filtration vacuum. The one that releases the least particles in the air.... i don't seem to find such video in your channel? Please let me know if you have a video or planning on making it?
Thanks for the video!
I’m trying to do my own testing for my OCD.
I clean the several bag less vacuums every couple months. There’s always a fine dust all through the cyclone area. I blow out the filters with an air compressor most times and then replace them once in a while.
Love to be able to test a new machine versus one before I clean it versus after I clean it to see how much of a drop there was after a month or two.
Any thoughts on all the fine dust that doesn’t get cycloned?
And have you done anything to teach about actual testing or selves? What tools to use, etc.
You show clips of testing airflow and you can use a lot of duct tape but it looks like :-)
Unavoidable I guess
Please don’t stop the old suction test with hosed or handhelds! The water lift test is good for determining how good it can clean upholstery.
Agreed. I still think the raw suction, airflow, and pickup test are just as important.
You should make a suction rig with carpet on top of it instead of just bare wood.
For the sake of discovery.
agreed, perhaps like 4 holes at the bottom of a some standard 1/2" pile or something so that there is no way it could get seal like this test.
@@oufofmemory It wouldn't be uninformative.
It's very possible that the vacuums that seal well on hard floors would fail to seal well on carpet due to brush roller designs that fail to penitrate into the carpet (like soft roller designs).
@@oufofmemory I see what you're saying but the same is true on hard floors. Vacuums with high suction, strong seal, and no brush roller will perform worse than many high suction, poor seal vacuums with a soft brush roller.
If you're saying is a dumb test on carpet for this reason then it's equally a dumb test on hard floors.
@@oufofmemory yeah the perfect proof that this is pretty useless is that the Riccar was in the last column but had some of the best numbers for pulling out debris due to agitation and design.
@@oufofmemory Yes, the Vacuum Facts channel (which is amazing BTW) reviewed the Lupe recently and showed that all the high numbers in this kind of dodgy test don't translate into actual cleaning performance on carpets at all. He's really good at exposing misleading nonsense out there. Now my fav channel
Wow, your assessments are awesome!! Any chance you have any insights on Moosoo's K20 and K24? The company, like many overseas companies, seems more reliant on retailers to provide info on their products...struggling to find anything on finding out what the differences are between them. Looks like K24 is an upgraded version of K17, but have no idea why.
This was really interesting. Thanks :)
Glad you enjoyed it!
Thanks for another great video!
Will you maybe make a video on Shark vacuums for the EU market? Like the Shark IZ251EUT and the Shark ICZ260EUT.
They are somewhat different from the vertex and Ion P50 as far as I know.
I have a Bagged Hoover Wind Tunnel for over a decade now. I use it twice a month and could ask no more from it. They advertised it's loudness as a good thing for reasons of efficiency and cost. They advise to put on some headphones or ear pods and enjoy the best suction and they were right. I've had both deep carpet and now I have a very expensive hotel low cut but dense carpet that was one giant remnant from the Intercontinal Hotel when it went up a few years ago. People comment on it all the time. It inspired me to upgrade my kitchen. Back to my H. vac. Since my vac rides on top the carpet I keep it on it's lowest setting. It uses some kind of baffling that ensures equal airflow across the length of the brush instead of all of it going through the middle like my earlier Dirt Devil did. I was told that keep it at 100% efficiency I would have to change the bag when it's 1/3rd full. Last week, I asked myself, when did I look at that bag last. It had to be at least a year. So I opened it and it was about 80% full. Wow I thought to myself because it was working so well. Though it did seem to be warmer as did the power cord.
However, I got my vac for $75 when Sears was going belly up and I would bet all my lucky stars that even the best vacuums out there could only be about 10 to 15% better than my Hoover. But senior Hoover cost 85% less than some of those other vacs.
That is great. Thank you for sharing.
Great job! Thank you!
Good job, some of the best performing vacuums on the deep clean test come up short. The Sanitaire traditional is the outlier but it has some advantages of simplicity and consistency by not having complications like wiper seals, flow passages, or variable area flow passages. To explain really what is going on, it appears the more than vacuum depression of atmospheric pressure is not likely that important to performance, in fact has very little to do with it by itself. It appears total airflow over and through the fibers of the carpet makes a larger difference. But vibration and agitation of the carpet fibers would likely be important, too. The challenge is to know whether flow over is more important than flow through the fibers.
And, let's not forget maintaining a enough flow velocity after the cleaning chamber through the hoses to transport the dirt to the dirtbag or dirt chamber.
Importantly, this test should be on a carpeted surface, possibly with replacement types of carpets to really get an idea. Probably to get a baseline the Sanitaire, besides being inexpensive, has some advantages in baselining the effect. In a beater bar vacuum like the Sanitaire one can remove the brushes strip(s) or get a bar without beaters and only brushes: this would give an idea as to the effect of vacuum vs. agitation at lifting dirt (or test media like sand or dust), and whether agitation by combing effect or by vibration effect things more. I think they use on the composite plastic bars a beater strip which might work in the metal bar instead of the brushes for beater only action. Further the Sanitaire having no holes, gaps or flexible partitions to airflow where it contacts the work surface probably gives the best baseline for these tests, by eliminating such complications for now, besides it is the only one with multiple beater heads available; brushes, brushes and beaters, or removing brushes and having only beaters. I suppose adapting a secondary vacuum in place of the bag inlet would allow adjustment of airflow and vacuum for a given height setting: either using a variac variable transformer to adjust speed or a leak orifice or an inline orifice to adjust vacuum depression and flow.
My thoughts:
Likely this stationary fixed oriface has little value to actual cleaning performance. But a pitot tube extending to the brush cleaning chamber area with a manometer mounted on the vacuum would have more value... actually this could be connected to a computer to give a read out as you vacuumed the test carpet.
Likely:
First, vacuum depression alone over the carpet would have little differential effect on effectivity of cleaning.
Second, agitation would have less effect than vibrations on effectivity of cleaning.
Third, increased airflow would have higher power consumption with less effectivity of cleaning; increased vacuum depression would have less power consumption but less effectivity of cleaning; agitation for a given air flow and vacuum depression would not be as efficient as vibration for having the least power consumption for a given effectivity of cleaning - at a similar airflow and vacuum depression.
is there a reason you didn't include the roborock h6 in this ranking? I'm really interested in seeing how that performs against the Dysons (even more now that the brush rollers for hard floors are available)
Can you look at electronic dusters/blowers? Was looking at Datavacs to supplement/replace all the canned air I’m going through, and was wondering if there were any alternatives.
Also I blow off dust off objects and let the robot pick the stuff off the floor on its next pass
Would you be able to add a suction/flow/ overall performance test on these vacuums, after they have picked up a measured amount of dirt/dust to see how quickly, and to what extent their performance degrades as the bags fill and thus clog the "filtering" of the bags, which decreases flow. Or in the case of bagless, as the filters begin to clog. I've noticed that my bagged vacuum's (pro team proforce 1500xp) performance degrades very quickly and significantly from when it has a fresh bag in it. (has a smaller bag) After vacuuming for 20 minutes, the pickup power is much less, almost to the point of not being able to pick up small pebbles on the carpet. I think this would be a nice factor to also consider when deciding on buying a vacuum. Thanks for the great reviews and your time!
The Riccar cordless and Oreck are also direct air.
At what point does the vacuum not need any more suction to adequately deep clean the carpet, especially if it just makes it harder to push and pull the vacuum on carpet? I’m looking for something to replace a regular upright (currently have a shark) and I like the Dyson v8, but I honestly don’t mind a coded version of these types of vacuums. I want something that deep cleans carpet and us as easy to push as the cordless stick vacuum. Any suggestions? I don’t see enough reviews of the newer corded versions of stick vacuum such as the new vertex, which I’d really like to see. Thanks
Vacuum science man, this is good stuff! Suction is only one part of the equation though I would argue airflow is even MORE important when it comes to carpet deep cleaning performance that’s why direct air machines like Kirby and Riccar tout their deep cleaning ability, it’s a factor of finding the right balance of airflow, suction, and agitation. Too much of one thing is bad, too much suction and it just sucks itself to the floor impossible to push, too much agitation and you shred your carpet to bits. Proper design engineering is crucial for the best efficiency as you’ve already proven in cordless stick vacs.
Could you do this for carpet cleaners as well as it would be interesting to see which one can extract the most water?
I'd love it if you tested the Rainbow cleaning system. It's supposed to be a vacuum cleaning and air purifier that uses water as its filtration system and I'm really curious how effective it would be.
Have you tested the sebo felix with this method? I'm curious to see where it ranks.
It probably tested above the Lupe (especially with the parquet head equipped) which is why it was left off of the list.
Hey, you've shown quite a lot shots with Roborock H6 but it's not visible in the final table - a mistake maybe?
Any chance of testing out the Kobold VK200?? I'd love to see your opinion of this one vs others.
Great effort and awesome reviews. You've got to review miele triflex!
Thanks! My review of the Miele Triflex will be up in about 15 minutes!
I need your opinion. About suction power and air. What is better? 1 extractor have more air but less suction power and another is opposite. What is better for you?😊 And is there any way to make better suction of machine? Thank you
It seems like you could modify carpet roll to have Lupe-like performance.
If you placed soft slick foam cutouts just like Lupe uses between hard brushes, it would keep agitation and help with suction.
I have very powerful N8Werk Zeus, which is seemingly 400W max with good suction, and comes with 2 different rolls.
Your video really gives me the urge to try to improve the carpet roll with some kind of slippery foam that would seal it inbetween the brushes.
What do you think?
Very informative vid, as always! Any chance of reviewing the Samsung Jet 90 Pro? It's tempting as it's the only cordless with a mop attachment, so essentially 2 in 1. However I don't want to commit until I see some suction tests from the best 😁
The LG cordzero has a mop attachment and Bissell, Hizero and Tineco make vacuum mops.
I have one for testing this month!
Can you do a review of the Wyze Stick Vacuum please? 😎 Good job with all of your videos. I appreciate you doing the testing so we can make informed purchasing decisions!
Can't make any promises but thanks for the suggestion. We do keep track of comment suggestions and it really helps.
@@VacuumWars Thank you! I'm impressed with their robot vacuum, and to have lidar at it's price is surprising. Great value!
Great work! How come you didn’t review the Miele Triflex here?
Nice video, but I am confused. On the Riccar P40 review you showed the vacuum got over 100% of the sand from the shag carpet. On this video you say the Lupe crushed competition on the suction test, but if it can’t get all the debris out of the carpet what good is all that suction? Seem the Lupe is a great non-carpet vacuum, but the Riccar P40 would be ideal for carpet. Am I missing something?
I just binge watched a bunch of vacuum cleaner videos. Hello, 2021. I see you've come to destroy me.
It's not so bad.😊
Do you still have the Kirby that you tested a couple years back? I'd be interested to see how that ranks.
Does the Hoover windtunnel air steerable have a sealed hepa filter?
Great video. Did you ever check if the brush would stop on the carpet with any of your Roborocks? I replaced my S6 MaxV with an S5 Max because of the brush stopping issue and found the S5 Max would still stop but a little less. People continue to report the issue on the Roborock subreddit too.
My Roborock H6 has the same problem on some carpets (1-2cm thick). I haven't noticed it on my S5 Max.
Its interesting how low the shark vertex scored, definitely made me change my mind about the vacuum. I love your show by the way.
That's unfortunate because the shark vertex is amazing and has so much suction that it's almost scary at times.
This test is Hokie in my opinion... something real specific about it to make a Lupe amazing and everybody else not. I would disregard it if I was you and just get a Vertex, you will be very happy... send it back if you don't like it. I think the suction will stun you...
If you don't like the vertex it won't be because it lacks suction.
Go watch his vertex video again and then wonder why it would do so poorly on this very specific test after he said he loved how powerful it was in the review.... this video actually gave me bad vibes because I know how good the vertex is... something not right with this test.
@@snauspockets9924 the suction on Lupe is better than anything I’ve used and I used to have the old Henry corded vacuum that would lift up the carpet.
I got it the same day that I had my house professionally cleaned and vacuumed after they had left, it managed to pick up very fine dust and the 1L bin was almost full.
@@redcherry71 Hey that's great...enjoy your Lupe. Anything less at that price would be a disappointment.
hey mate where was the tineco s12 regular head in the results? it wasnt that bad it didnt make the cut was it??
I wanted to get the i7 and I was curious it your still works because u had it for a while
Can you test the Quantum. I think it will be heavy to use, but not having to empty that filthy bin on my Dyson might be worth it. Although, I dont know where I'd dump the dirty water, down the toilet? I dont have a place outside to dump it.
Any idea what the best soft roller head vacuum is? I’ve got entirely wood floors
6:26 - not true. The Oreck XL is also a direct-air machine.
Can't believe I'm sticking up for an Oreck! What's happening to me?!!? XD
Great video and very interesting!
And the riccar may also be direct air too. The Riccar has two motors if it's the tandem air variant.
The Riccar cordless is also direct air.
Nice work
Thank you! Cheers!
Will this test be done on the robot vacuums too?
Bought the Lupe. Very disappointing even on hard floor (tile and wood) unless on high power. I also found it pushed a lot of debris to the wall and didnt pick it up. I don't have carpets. Also head is 7.5cm high so too tall to get under a lot of furniture. Honestly underwhelmed. Low power is anaemic. mid is ok but makes quick tasks take longer.
You could try using a raised area for the hole and have divets for the wheels if you want to test robot vacuums
Why did you get rid of your Kirby? I would love to see where it fits on this scale.
Can you carpet the top of the wood to better quantify what happens on carpet vs this smooth floor test?
Ah, the Kirby....sucked up a floor rug with one when I was a teen...got a tongue lashing and grounded. What memories. I still twitch a little when they are mentioned. But a good vac back then.
What's the floor head of a big shop vac pull on that setup? Like 12gallon+ size?
Best vaccume that is Bagless. Only for carpets under 200$? Any thoughts
@VacuumWars - 2nd column of chart shows Shark X40 with 1.43 on the High end of suction. Is the suction level correct or the rank in the list?
You do not mention hair/ fur wrapping in the LUPE... how does it compare to the Shark DUOCLEAN x40 (1.43 high) !?
Will you do a review on the cordless Miele review? Looks very interesting
If everything goes according to plan, this Friday.
PLEASE, find a solution to test robot vacuum with this method. This is probably the most important variable in front of the air flow and it's absolutely a necessity !
Thank you for your work.
PS: I see that cordless vacuum cleaners are very popular especially in the United States, but I admit that it remains a mystery to me. A cable is however so little disturbing compared to all the disadvantages of a battery (lifespan, charging time, cost, suction time ...)
what score did the shark zero m get on the deep clean test?
