- Oh that dreadful postpartum hair that won't cooperate. I kept saying the wrong name of this high chair haha! It is the OXO Tot high chair. I really love it, this video is not sponsored, we bought this ourselves and I just wanted to share my opinion on it in case you are looking for a good high chair!

I was planning to buy this chair ( not cheap at all) but it’s perfect for my condo.
However I found so many negative reviews .Inside the tray is mold ? 😱😱😱 did you check inside ? And to open is requires removing 14 screws ! Omg

Yes 😕 unfortunately I don’t recommend this high chair anymore. I did this review while my son was still a baby so it wasn’t used as much once he was a toddler it became so hard to clean and the cushions can get mold Very easily! My tray wasn’t moldy inside but I did take it apart to check and I can see how it could happen. Basically it’s a “wipe down” chair only. If it gets immersed in water at all it has potential for growing mold. I would go with something clean and minimal like from ikea with no cushions!

I already got ikea ( at my parents ) but she still too small to sit on her on( almost 6 months ).
Do you have any another recommendation?
Alexandra Baban I use the ingenuity seat for my 5 month old. It’s like a bumbo seat with a removable tray

The base strap does disconnect from the whole chair so you can keep that clean too

We got this as a hand me down. I wouldn’t purchase it. Disappointed in the tray. I love the one handed latch. It gets so dirty, and water got in trying to clean it. It’s impossible to get out. I’m sure there is a better option.
