    I haven't done a what I eat in a day vlog for a while and since I'm spending so much time at home I thought I'd record the quick and simple meals I've been enjoying.
    With a toddler to look after and work to do these are my go to simple meals that feel nourishing and taste amazing.
    I'm also sharing the supplements I've been taking daily to stay well.

    Have you ordered the Seed probiotic directly from their website? I cant find it on Amazon yet 😕

    As far as I know, supplementing Vit C won't prevent upper respiratory viruses for most people (Cochrane review) but Vit C dose can cut down duration when a person does get sick :-) same goes for zinc !

    Love your vlogs madeline thank you, I've recently started taking some supplements - a multivitamin, probiotic and omega 3/6 capsule but my skin has never been so bad! I wondering whether to persevere with them all or drop the multivitamin? as I trying to see if the probiotic will help my rosacea. Any advice or suggestions? Kind regards, stay safe

      Evening primrose oil helps me a lot for that, when I stop I get rosacea back...
