I think for the holidays they going to have a Metroid Prime 4 switch bundle and if so I get one just to have it then trade my OLED for switch 2 😂😅.
I think we get info around September or October then it might release in April. For they start the new facial year with a bang. 😅
Nintendo’s initial Switch release schedule was successful because nobody bought the Wii U, so there was no downside to such a massive timing gap between showcase and release date. The current-gen Switch is still selling well into its 8th year, so the circumstances are completely different. Nintendo won’t miss the lucrative 2024 lucrative holiday window (especially given the massive opening that Xbox and Sony have given them). Therefore, if you want to rely on past successes as an indicator, then the sequencing of the Nintendo Switch Lite and OLED releases is a better indicator (July announcement and September release). They will also tease the Mario 3D game at the end of the June direct. Enjoy!
Five months isn’t a big gap for a console at all, that’s less time than most games get. Any less time than that risks not making the marketing comprehensive enough for consumers to understand. It’s hard to make the argument that ‘You don’t need as much time since it’s just a better Switch’ since how the console is perceived is everything to how successful it is. A lack of comprehensive marketing is the main reason why the Wii U failed.

I spoke to a nintendo representative cause I work retail and they told me that nintendo doesn't want to release there consoles primarily on the holidays. The reason is because they want to get at least get a good amount of consoles out before the holidays and then fully stock out for the holidays. So I think it will be out early first quarter. But I do think that July is a good time for a mini direct. And sense there are multiple we should expect them throughout the year. I'm thinking September and November. They also said that it will be backward compatible without a doubt.

My wishful thinking is announcement in July and release in October. Likely expectation, announcement in March, release next holiday. Because Nintendo isn’t your friend and they hate us.
It’s too late and if the other rumors are true, the switch 2 is gonna be weaker than a PS4 pro still not beefing up specs. If Steam Deck 2 gets announced sooner than Nintendo is in trouble.
I think, there will be 2 nintendo direct left for this year, one in june 2024 and another probably around november 2024.
In june will be for big games, big studios and around november will be an indie world.
The last Nintendo direct for June 2024, I think they will announce more remasters and probably an announcement for one last big game like Nintendo usually does at the end of their console's life.
I think they will announce metroid prime 4, coming at the end of the year 2024, retro compatible switch 2 with 4K patch or HD patch.
I think Nintendo will give us a complete presentation of the next switch between september to november 2024 for a release in March 2025.
What I think I hope they make a physical one and another one for your digital games that would be nice because I must switch. Because most people like all digital games from the eshop most people like their games physical

As great as March 10th would be it will not drop on Mario day as that will fall on a Monday. I can see it possibly dropping the Friday prior, March 7th.

Finally I can believe the Nintendo Switch 2 is really coming, because Furukawa the Nintendo's President has told it's cominng and a Nintendo Direct is coming in June, but there's no Nintendo Switch 2 in that Direct, because there is new upcoming games coming in this year 2024 and the Nintendo Switch 2 is coming in next year 2025. These are games what i'm hoping to see from The June's Nintendo Direct 2024: Donkey Kong 64 & Diddy Kong Racing coming to NSO N64 Library, The Legend of Zelda The Windwaker/Twilight Princess HD Ports, a new Kirby, a new 3D Super Mario and Mario and Sonic at the Olympic Summer Games Paris 2024, why we haven't heard anything about next Mario and Sonic Olympic games, because in thisSummer there is Olympic Summer Games at Paris? I believe new Nintendo Switch console's name could be Super Nintendo Switch or New Nintendo Switch XL and with the Dual Screens and pencil like on 3DS and it will be launched with a new 3D Super Mario game like Super Mario Galaxy 3 or Odyssey 2, hopefully it's Odyssey 2, because a 3D Mario game without Cappy will dosen't feel the Same after playing Odyssey and yes Nintendo Switch 2 should be relased in Mar10 Day 2025 with a new 3D Super Mario game. @@therealjaystone2344 if there’s games with dates going up to January in the June direct a September direct won’t happen at least not a normal one, Nintendo goes by a roadmap once all of that is about to be up another direct will happen. Given the announcement by Nintendo about the June direct this is what I believe will happen.
June - direct games up to end of January
August - Pokémon direct
September- no switch direct but instead a switch attach presentation also possible in September Metroid prime 4 direct if it is coming this year
January- switch attach direct showing games for launch
February- a partner showcase for the Switch
March - launch of switch attach
April - switch attach direct
Prediction is based on what they did with switch and Nintendos own recent announcement
@@powermadu.k.3415 I don’t think the June direct will cover the early 2025 games until September. I think Nintendo is doing a bit differently on the trailer recvealing for the next console and the next holiday title for 2024 is a new 2d Zelda game.
@@therealjaystone2344 well they already said June direct will cover the second half of the year so it makes no sense to have a September direct with only games for January February, and they will never do a direct for games that already have dates set it’s a waste of money and resources.
Also any new Zelda will be for new hardware
