This is showing up for me in how I tend to my vessel and create security from within. I feel safe.
I experience extreme level of anxiety more often than I’d like to admit. This has come to run my life and exhaust my body.
I need to tend to her and find practices to soothe my nervous system (and gut).
I feel this will support my next step in life as I’m preparing to “quantum leap” into a new lifestyle (bus-life) and I fear my nervous system is not prepared to receive this. I can feel all the fear arise in my body before it hits my mind. Then they feed off eachother.
Anyways, tending to my temple so I may ready myself for these leaps outside of comfort is the current theme.

Sorry to hear about your health issues! I’ve been STRUGGLING with the health department as well. Many many upgrades. Raw milk does wonders for restoring your gut micro biome. And aloe Vera lemonade has been my go to for my gut healing as well. 🙏🏼🌹✨

Yay! Mia! I was vegan for 16 years and my health fell apart. I’m eating meat now and have never felt better. I had pre diabetes as a vegan and got my nutrients tested and I was completely depleted. Read Lierre Keith. Her book is amazing! And Natasha Campbell McBride “Vegetarianism Explained” ❤ love you and your energy.
Bonnie I am in the same boat as you. Vegetarian for 17 years (vegan for 5-6) and have been eating meat this year (consciously, organic, pasture raised & with gratitude & reverence) & am feeling myself become so much stronger & healthier.
Really never thought I’d eat meat again but it feels so good & right.
I’m seeing more & more people following this pattern & it makes me so happy.

i would really love if you talked more about your diet / vegetarian journey !!! i was conditioned to eat meat growing up and never had an issue with it until i went through dark night of the soul then suddenly my body became intolerant to all red meat. made me sick, but now i’m craving it again. i have always been very conflicted on if my human design is meant to eat meat or not

It’s not super likely as there’s only one venue here that can accommodate a group of even 16 which is my smallest retreat ever. It was kind of just a special experience for those who felt called! 5 of the girls came to my Scotland retreat in October, but who knows?! Maybe!
Could you do a video about fertility rituals? For women that want to get pregnant? There’s so many goddess and obviously the moon cycle associated with female cycle. It could be a interesting topic

he was just a man with dominating feminine energy. that has always been and is pretty normal and prevalent amongst people. we all are - women, men and every human in between - a mixture and composition of all assets and both energies - yin and yang, masculine and feminine.

I rralized trying to be vegetarian was making me poop myself too death. Beef is my main meat. Cows in Canada get the best life of all the farm animals. They get to be outside their whole life and eat grass and have their cows feiends and tones and tones of room. You should definitely try bison. Bison dont go to slaughter houses because of their weight they are proessed right in the field.
Yes I actually just participated in a bison harvest so got to be there and eat the raw heart after it came out of him. It was an incredibly powerful experience and his meat has been healing me so much!
Why do you have events that are mostly only women? Don't we all have a feminine side? Isn't there too many separations of the sexes going on?
That’s why the next one is for everyone! I do very intimate rituals like pleasure circles and breast massage that are important for women to have the utmost safety to surrender into!
