So the reason that you can't rotate a single center by 90 degrees in a solved cube isn't actually due to a constraint on center twist, but due to the fact that for each transition from a solved cube to a solved cube, you need an even number of quarter turns due to edge and corner parity.
I haven't thought about the Megaminx in detail, yet, but it seems like there should be no parity on it, because all face turns always do 5-cycles. Therefore it should be possible to twist an individual center piece on a solved Megaminx by any desired multiple of 72 degrees without affecting any other piece (including centers). Is that true?
I guess there could even be more interesting restrictions on center pieces if twisty puzzles with permutation parities other than "mod 2" would exist. Is that even possible?

Hello, I know puzzle collectors love their collections and hate to give anything up. I have been looking for a radio cube 3 and I can’t find anyone who has one. If you are willing to part with it I would happily pay you much more than the price you originally bought it at
