But after seeing ur video... i really like it because it was so realistic.... to the point... yes we all have to agree that hyderabad is overpriced for far away locations... but as u rightly said if we can search, we can invest in nearby areas and get good returns.... Was just following Amaravati Realestate, but they seems to be more overpriced than hyderabad... without any companies or employment yet.... Now i understood y u suggested Vizag... as it already developed with employment.... And next term CM is very important for andhra pradesh... and CBN we cant expect him next term even if TDP comes to power... which seems difficult... and we cant predict exactly....

I have purchased 300 Sq Yds open plot through our office housing society in VUDA approved venture facing 6 Lane express way from Anakapalli to Anandapuram. This venture is 7 KMs away from Anandapuram junction. Now it seems it is around Rs 20000/- per square yard. I have purchased for Rs 3400/-per square yard in the year 2014. FYKI. 🙏🙏🙏

Telangana Government increased in Land value because Government Value and Stamp Duty values are not matching,there is a difference. So some scam is happening. That’s the reason government decided to increase stamp duty prices.
