    U r analysis is good but we know sellers who are selling their land in acers but they are already quoting different prices which is unhealthy. Realtors have already spoiled market with footprints with high prices. Sadhashivpet 2 to 3cr per acer sangareddy already at orr prices with all sort of illusions

      Please blindly dont assume it as mallampet, they mention it as mallampet but they will take you 5 to 10 km away because in mallampet 35k is not running and it's less price. Pls double check the authenticity of the property
