How long would it take you to make 9 coconut cakes in 1 day?

If you've ever wondered what making 9 recipes in one day looks like, I filmed the making of the coconut bake off in this video! The entire process took from around 8am-3pm. After I finished the baking/frosting, I distributed the cakes to 32 tasters to taste and rank.
