Thank you so much for the blog post on this! I made carrot cake (my mother's favorite!) for her birthday in January. She likes clean and simple flavors so I settled on the King Arthur and it was a hit! She and my father loved the cake, and I thought the cream cheese frosting (something I'm usually not a fan of) was divine. Thank you for making my mother's birthday special!

I did one of those 12 recipes.
I divide the recipe into 2 bake because i only have 1 rounded pan ( size 20 x height 7 cm) And it turns my cake still wet inside and sticky. 😭😭😭. What happened. The first bake and the second bake result the same.
I already bake for 1 hour but still the cake is wet.
Any idea why this happened?
2nd video I'm watching from Pancake Princess, yet neither concerned pancakes.
I personally don't like to add coconut into my carrot cake batter bcs it kinda overpowers the flavor of the carrot cake (?)
I thought I would feel the same, but I think in the Pappas cake I feel like it kind of enhances the flavor without overpowering it!
