My wife’s EUV had the “conditions not met to shift” when she was leaving work on her lunch break.
Luckily she googled it and found out how to fix it.
Turns out when she started the car she immediately pressed Drive without letting the car “boot up”.

This is a known problem. If it happens again and doesn’t fix itself, unplug the 12volt battery. Also, wait for the software to start up before shifting.

Its hard to find a good and honest salesman now days. My recent purchase of 2022 Silverado was the worst experience of my life! It was so bad I had to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I'm in Miami and honestly I would travel all the way to NJ to get a good salesman like you! Keep up the great work!

The current "one price" selling makes buying cars much easier. Just call or visit and ask if they have the car. Sales says yes or no. If they say yes just sign up.

Saw another CZcamsr have the same issue with his 2022 bolt. Found a defective sensor and needed a software update. Can’t remember which sensor went bad

Can you do a video on what the customer survey responses mean for salesman and people on service? I have been hustled they need all 5's. What happens if they get all 5's and what happens if they don't? Also I was reading a review of my local Chevy dealer. I saw a few complaints about a $500 fee for not making an appointment. Is that common to pay a fee for walking in?
Ironic you are bringing that up we just had GM at the dealership yesterday explaining how the survey will change in 2023.
I want to know what the guy who is buying the Traverse is trading in? I heard you say 384K miles on it? I hope to see a review of that vehicle.

What was the trade-in the guy mentioned on the phone?
I had a used 17 Bolt...sold it 2 years later for 3K more than I paid with 50K more miles on it. I SO MISS that awesome vehicle, especially since I have free charging at work. I picked up a 2012 Volt for a low price and can ALMOST make it to work on a full charge. Zero problems with both of them and I'll NEVER sell the Volt. Still miss the Bolt though...so much fun to drive.

Dude...I wish you were in my area of Texas. I have found it almost impossible to get call backs from dealerships in my area as I search to replace my current CHEVY. UGH!!!!!!

Typically if the windshield is damaged anywhere within the driver’s wiper arc, the windshield cannot be repaired. Big liability issue in the world of today.

Regarding the issue with your car, sounds like you may need a software update. BTW - Can your car update over the air or does a dealership have to do it?

i want to say the "conditions..." issue has been documented in the chevy bolt forums... long story short, see if there's a software update for your car.

There is a fix for this issue, check with the service dept

They'd pay me on anything inbound.. If it's not built yet I wouldn't get paid, nor would I expect to.
