Sold cars in my early 20s but after I got married and had 3 children.. i needed more consistent income so I got into insurance adjusting. I miss sales because there's something special about getting a customer who came in COLD and all of a sudden you got them sweating to buy a car.

So far this week , it was me and a couple of other new hires and so far we don’t do anything out of the ordinary. so far we stay in our computer desks (if we want) and do training by choice, familiarize ourselves with the car websites, look at inventory, and anything related to the job as long as you’re being productive, we can roam around the building and walk around outside to get a feel of everything. We can talk to anyone there, everyone is supportive, and the fun part is that i can test drive any and every car of my choice all day long lol. I have mad fun doing that. But this is still the first week and i just got registered into the training classes today which took 72 hours to process. So now im doing the training classes which are EASILY digestible and all on the comfort of your phone! They dont just throw you out there and if they do, consider yourself lucky because thats how you gain experience, but i ask plenty of questions and im still learning the scripts and material. But overall it’s a cool experience man. Hopefully I can update soon when i get some experience under my belt lol
