My wife and I visited Dublin. We rented a car and drove across the city, but didn't pass a single pub - we went in every one!
Haha! That is the best, it's diffcult to pass any pub when in Ireland, they are all so much fun!

Temple bar is to rob tourists you will never meet real Irish temple bar stay away
Good list except for templebar its rippoff and very few locals go there better off going outside the area for a night out
Yes, I agree Temple Bar is overpriced and crowded, but for tourists it is amazing. It's like Times Square or the CN Tower, locals don't go, but if you are visiting you have to see it!
Totally agree a complete rip off. Go to a local pub outside the city center instead
dont forget to mention you need a bank loan for a night out in temple bar prices for a pint are high way robbery

Houses are generally painted different colours in ireland as they are block built or mass concrete whereas in dublin its mostly brick therefore not easy to paint ,but the doors can be.Thats my theory anyway.

Number 1 the airport to fly away from Dublin. Crime central. Awful recently.
