- This vlog showcases the behind the scenes of me and @ByAnyMeansBasketball setting up his gym, and working on our brand, Mastery Hoops.
The weekend in Miami was largely spent filming content, basketball training, organizing the gym (Detail MIAMI) and planning for our Mastery Hoops Player Development Conference.
Me and Coleman Ayers started off the weekend with a group workout at 7:30pm right after we got off the plane and then spent time organizing the gym until about 10pm.
Day two we started with a morning workout and played full court 1 on 1 for cardio. We then went to work on filming content and then to training. I trained Manny Payton on court as he prepares to head back overseas.
We then installed the tuft into the gym and after a few hours of that took a quick break before returning back to the gym to film more content.
We finished the day off walking around Miami Beach.
