I had first version pluto7g.. the motor and battery are good after 3 yaers now.. but body of vehicle is very bad and handlbar panel keeps getting loose often. And needs ro be fixed in every servuce

After 1 year pure ev full charge range is 20km and battery showing full then suddenly stopped any time.
Customer care never responded, showroom owner says leave battery for 3-4 month and wait for company response.
Company always call to resell new battery because they know your battery is useless.
Plz don’t bye pue Ev … they r not providing service

It's not true I too use epluto 7g from last 3 years and never faced service issue all parts and service support is best in the industry
@@basitshah2908 using last 3 years … completed 50k kilometres… faced many problems.. at present there is no service CENTER in Vijayawada .. for help I called many times T customer care … no call connecting … even service CENTER employees scolding company… so plz don’t support ..

प्रजापति मोटर्स lucknow खुर्रम नगर का सर्विस बहुत ही खराब है. बैटरी warrenty में होने के बाद भी बदल कर नही दे रहे है. 10 से 15 दिन स्कूटी खड़ी करके छोड़ दो तब आएगी तब देगे. 115000रूपया पूरे तरह से डूब गया. pure ev स्कूटी कोई न ले. मेरी तरह हमेशा रोते

@@TheCarGuide sir I bought pure ev in sep 2021. Within 3 months side stand rusted and parted into two. And side mirror removed with fittings.i just throw away. And switches also not working within 3 months. Horn gone. All things happened within 3 months. They just changed the switches and horn that time.sidestand I have already replaced. But for mirror they need bit to attach so mirror not done. Within six months all parts rusted main thing is handle bar inside rusted so u couldn't turn properly. So it's really danger to ride that scooter. I have escaped from big accidents many times and lock set rusted they said warranty only for 3months. I have paid to change the lockset. Within six months I have seen many cracks on the scooter vehicle is fully made of cheap plastic. Battery they said it will give 120km but not true it will give only 80. Battery is really worst it will not work very often.I have changed 2 times. if u go doubles it will give only 40. If u go in 50 speed it will give 40 only. Service is really worst they will take months to repair. They also don't know how to service. I bought for 1 lakh and sold for 20000 I have used one year only. Vehicle is fully cheap plastic easily broken.

अभी तक जो भी इस कंपनी का गाड़ी लिया हुआ है अपना अनुभव बताते रहो नहीं तो बाकी लोगों को भी नुकसान हो सकता है यह कंपनी कितना बकवास पालतू है सभी को पता चले। इंडिया इंडिया का हर शोरूम बंद हो चुका है सर्विस भी बंद हो गया है कब से। 6 महीने तक अच्छा आता है बाद में जो भी इनका नया ब्रांड का आता है 6 महीने में सड़ जाता है।

This Chinese crap has not battery performance, Pathetic service (once you buy no one will even look at you), very poor battery quality, no resale value. Please don't buy this crap you will regret for your life. there is absolutely no positives for this vehicle
