I have bad experience of this bike. Please do not think to buy it. I am posting the message because I faced so many issues after purchasing this bike. If you still purchase after reading my post then god bless you.....Again do not go with this company
Same problem wiring buttons or cracks ki amphere me bhi hai.. Correction - Ab to mode changer bhi fast and slow apne aap hi hone laga or amphere ki service to bahut bekar hai bilkul bhi mat lena 1 saal se pareshan hai koi sulution nhi hua ab tak.
पेट्रोल स्कूटी की तुलना में प्योर ईवी स्कूटी की पार्ट्स मटेरियल की क्वालिटी बहुत खराब है, अगर गलती से भी हादसा होता है तो प्योर इवी कंपनी की स्कूटी के पार्ट्स टूट जाते है और 25 से 30 दिन तक पार्ट्स शोरूम पर अवेलेबल नहीं रहता है
Problem kya hai electric me ab me batata hu. Me ola electric scooter ka owner hu 2 saal se. Main problem electric bike me ye hain Jitna hum sochte Hain ki 5 saal ki warranty hai matlab 5 saal Tak koi kharcha nahi bettery me. 1 lack 20-30 hazar ki bike lo electric fir 5 saal me utna petrol bacha hi nahi pate hisab lagakar dekh lo. After 5 year aap bettery par kharcha karoge to Lithium ion battery bahut costly Hain . Bike ki adhe se jyada keemat to bettery ki hai . Electric bike me aaye din koi na koi sensor kharab ho jaate Hain kyu ki poori gadi computer ke CPU jese Controller par depend rahti hai. Or controller se sare sensors kaam karte Hain. Ek v sensors bich raste me kharab hua to local machanic hath tak nahi lagate. fir totally dimag kharab wali condition aa jati hai. Jese jese hum bike chala lete Hain bettery kam hoti hai to 1st mode fir 20-30 ki speed par aa jati hai or 3 Rd mode 40 par fir Highway par problem hogi. Electric bike ko lekar aap lady ko lekar aap bahar jane me confidence nahi rahta kyu ki bich raste me koi sensor kharab hua na to badi problem ho jati hai . Ye sari baate branded electric scooter ki hi hain. Petrol bachane ke chakkar me electrik bike manhgi padh jati hai . Bahut manhgi . Electric bike ke suspension bahut kharab hota Hain , bahut jaldi bekar ho jate Hain. Me 2 saal se ola electric scooter chala Raha hu or jab ghar aata hu to apni old Honda Activa ke paas rota hu ki kyu tumhe chhod diya mene 😢 I love petrol scooter and bike ❤❤
ईट्रांस नीयो 1 महीने में main MCB switch ख़राब हुआ,65 दिन के बाद चार्जर खराब हुआ, वारंटी में चार्जर 25 दिन के बाद मिला, 25 दिन तक स्कूटी धूल खाती रही, 2 महीने का बाद ही शॉक absorber से खड़ खड़ की आवाज़ आने लगी, चार्जर और शॉक अब्सोरबर खराब क्वालिटी का है
Under warranty policy if you charger is not in working condition then charges will not be replaced charger will be repaired by company so you have to wait for 25 to 30 days, no charging means no running scooty
Don't opt for this company , they are demanding 5000 rs for battery upgrade which is a nuisance, it's service was too worst ,u will definitely get frustrated after buying, using since a year and really I regret buying this company's pure ev epluto7g🙏🙏🙏

Pure EV warranty issue are there they are refusing and even in the warranty period after running to 2500km still not providing the battery warranty service center Logicon at Pune is also not helpful and directly refusing to and rude in behavior they are not good.

NEVER BUY FROM PURE EV!!! BAD PRODUCT BAD SERVICE! I bought Etrance Neo 3 months back, and facing issues from the first week itself. For instance, at a time the battery is at 50% level, but at the very next moment the scooty shuts down and the battery level reaches 0% level. Plenty of times I myself had to tow the vehicle to home for several kilometers. I raised the concern with customer care and the dealer numerous times but not getting any response. I spend 1 lakh from my savings on this scooty but now it is just parked at my home and of NO USE. @PURE EV I WANT MY MONEY BACK ASAP!!! Hope any further escalations would not be required. Battery shakes very badly while riding on bumpy road, battery maybe damaged or the things kept inside the boot space maybe damaged. 3. Poor service quality, whatever the issue you take to dealership agent, they will always tell you, yes sir it is like this only no problem, they will never resolve your issue. 4. Back wheel makes noise whenever I apply the break. 5. Cutting made to place the battery inside boot space looks like handmade using some Excel blade looks so cheap. 6. Front storage box is so weak I feel like within 1 year It will also start making noise on bumpy roads. 7. Company logo "pure EV 7G" is pasted using double side, which feels so cheap. 8. Battery holding box paint qualitiy is so cheap. 9. Because of the shaking of battery inside vehicle. Outer layer of battery peels off & catches rust easily. 10. We Need to press the seat very hard to lock it only a strong man can strong man can lock the seat for women children's and ladies senior citizens it is difficult to lock the sheet (not difficult its impossible) 11. Overall all the materials used for manufacturing this product is not good. 12. Coral the material used for manufacturing this product is not that good. 12. Overall it looks like some two college graduates made this vehicle as a project work it is not looks professional. 13. All the above points are acceptable if this vehicle was a startup and not competing with any other scooters but now this vehicle is costing more than other scooters in the same segment.(bounce Infinity, hero optima, and amper Magnus etc) so this mistakes are not acceptable

Very bad brand. They have battery issues. No customer care response. You can try to catch the customer care before buying the vehicle. There is no guarantee that the dealer from which you are buying the vehicle will be there after 1 year. There is no support service with this Company. With my experience don't go for them.

ईट्रांस नीयो 1 महीने में main MCB switch ख़राब हुआ,65 दिन के बाद चार्जर खराब हुआ, वारंटी में चार्जर 25 दिन के बाद मिला, 25 दिन तक स्कूटी धूल खाती रही, 2 महीने का बाद ही शॉक absorber से खड़ खड़ की आवाज़ आने लगी, चार्जर और शॉक अब्सोरबर खराब क्वालिटी का है

Very bad brand. They have battery issues. No customer care response. You can try to catch the customer care before buying the vehicle. There is no guarantee that the dealer from which you are buying the vehicle will be there after 1 year. There is no support service with this Company. With my experience don't go for them.
Never buy this company scooty .I have one ,they are not replacing battery , battery dead within 5000 kms .very very poor quality material used .

One of the worst bike in the market. No customer service. Battery quality is extremely poor, when I asked them for warranty claim , they said we can't solve this issue you need to buy one new Battery which around 70k. So don't waste your money. Complete pure company is fraud.

PURE EV कंपनी नई है, शोरूम नया है, और मेकेनिक भी नए है, मैकेनिक को अनुभव की कमी है, सर्विसिंग कराने के बाद etrance neo स्कूटी में वाइब्रेशन और आवाज़ बड़ गया, मैकेनिक को स्कूटी खोलना और फिट करना भी नहीं आता, शोरूम में कंपनी का पार्ट्स अवेलेबल नहीं रहता , शोरूम वाले लोकल मार्केट से लो क्वालिटी का सामान खरीद कर स्कूटी में डालते है और बिलिंग में चार पट रेट लगाकर जीएसटी लगा कर पैसे वसूलते है
