The biggest problem with Haiti is that you invest 3000 resources to get nothing immediately beyond changing vills into slightly weaker revolutionaries, I think 30 HP is significant. The pirate TC and tavern trickle is actually better than Brazils per cost but it’s just too slow. On top of that it’s unique attributes aren’t game breaking like Argentina. Back when they had cover mode pirates, absolutely that was pretty good but that's long gone. I think Romania is worse though because without ridiculous tower investment it has the same problem of getting nothing for your initial investment. 10 range revolutionaries are also icky. Plus the whole thing of not knowing what it’s doing with towers and all in and of course Hungary being better in every way and only Otto and Russia get Romania who also have Hungary. Sad though because Otto fully upgraded cav archers into Wallachian Cavalry Archers is really funny. At least Haiti can get value from TCs, if pirates were 1 pop without sending theatres it might be okay for semi long term prospects. Pickets are not bad at all though if you have your economy to support it. Dahomey Amazons despite upgrades really aren’t that good sadly. Not per cost.

I want Terraced Houses into Canada... just the Food-Eco - constant ville spam. If this patch coming improves Sans, C.D.B. or at least Voyageur/Pathfinder group movement micro, this 100% WILL see play!
